Great staff

My room was very nice and the floors and all of the amenities were nice and cleaned. The bed was cozy and the linen was nice and clean which was a win for me because I’ve been to other places and that was a big negative on clean anything just saying. There was a nice pool outside and a sitting area to relax and enjoy nature while enjoying the peace and quiet and lastly the front desk host she was amazing her name was Kenya and let me say she goes above and beyond for her customers and because of her personality and professionalism I would definitely return she is what’s needed in many hotels around the Lehigh Valley. Thanks for a wonderful stay was our first time and will be doing it again.

I liked the location.

The breakfast selection was not appetizing. Upon arrival I asked for hot water to make tea. The front desk could not assist. The coffee maker in the room was dirty and old. The walls were thin and I could hear the man next door snoring throughout the night. The hallway was busy and loud, I woke up to the sounds of people talking in the halls just after7 am! The room was dated and dusty, the pics online were misleading.. The fitness facility had no free weights.

Nothing

Took for ever to check me in and my 6 month old. They didn’t have my room available.(King) which was odd because they had several options for a king room. They finally found me a room on the first floor (two queen)but a pun entering the room it was cold, and the heater did not work. when I asked for a refund, they had already pulled my money from my bank. Which I then had to stay in the lobby for more time until technical support answered. So I had to find another hotel for me and baby on Expedia.

Everything went well.

We were on the side of the building that was getting worked on, and we had to run the water a long time before it would get warm or hot.

Close to ppl

Other guest were having party’s in their rooms and in the hallway till at least 2 in the morning. No respect for other guest Seemed like a party hotel

Clean. Large bathroom. Comfortable mattress

Couldn't double lock the door. Hard to get into property and find location.

The establishment was very loud. We worked at night and needed to sleep during the day but found it very hard to do so.
