the room, bed, nice having a restaurant there. Yancy was polite, friendly, professional. Very nice meeting him. Nice right off the highway.

our room was on the highway side and the traffic noise carried through the window. the ceiling allowed the running around and hard walking of someone above us very hearable. it was after 1:00 AM when I got woken up. That wasn't good.

The ***kitchen people were more friendly than the front desk clerk.

Front desk clerk instead of greeting you with a friendly smile...it looks at you like saying what the **** you want. And then the 3rd time strike, it happen down in MD, same thing happen in NY now here in PA, they said is the Application (Booking), that makes the choice, Everytime I reserv a room thru you to Holiday Inn they give me a HandyCup room is the most embarrising thing that can happen. The bathroom thats not have a bath tub and the bed is horrible. In MD I confronted the front desk clerk and complain to him about the room his answer was thats what the App reserv and you get what you paid for. NY a month later same situation I complaint she gave me a bit of hard time..using tbe same thing about the App reservation but she change and gave me another room **With BED BUGS*** Now here PA terrible front desk clerk Wednesday from the Adam Family show look more friendly than this lady. I received the same accomodation, I return to the front desk a complain!!!! Same answer thats what the App reserved so you tell me ""Whom is lying"" is to many coinciding with the reservation, they have tell me that you are the one that request the HANDYCUP ROOM. Im really thinking to swith to another App that never give me so much problem. I hope you answer me back because depending on this I will take a determination.

I liked having tables and chairs that could be moved around for convenience. The bathroom was very nice as well. Lots of room to put things away. Beds and pillows were very nice.

Paying for breakfast, a flat rate that was unreasonable for those who don't eat much in the morning. Luckily there were choices of foods.

The staff at the Reception desk was very pleasant and helpful.

Phone call during the evening asking us about guitar music, which we had no knowledge about.

Location was perfect

The doors were all busted up and the keycards worked only about 50% of the time

The onsite restaurant was very convenient and the bar was an added extra bonus.

My designated room was very far from the elevator. Seems I always get the rooms at the end of the hall.
