The only redeeming quality about the hotel was the front desk staff, Chris, who went out of his way to try and resolve my issue with getting Valet to respond to my request for my car. And I needed my car to pick up my daughter from camp- I had not seen her in 6 weeks.
Valet is horrible. I waited over and hour and half for someone to bring me my car. Chris at the front desk called his manager, the valet company manager, walked around to the garage to find someone and even went so far as to try and get engineering to come and break open Valet’s box to retrieve my keys. Chris is a gem but this was beyond his control.

The location is ideal, especially if you’re seeing an event at the PPL arena. There are several great places to eat in a one block radius around the hotel.

That there wasn't a voucher or discount for breakfast for restaurant with my room. Or if there was, I wasn't told of it.

I booked 2 rooms on 2 different days at 2 different prices would have been nice if they were both the same lower price they were adjoining rooms. The walk was a bit far from garage.I couldn't get the keurig to work for coffee

The convenience to the concert. The staff was very friendly. The staff at The Dine restaurant was also very friendly. The man that let us up on the elevator, I wish I was able to get his name he was very nice and took us all the way up to our floor after the concert..Thank You..

Liked location and amenities available at the hotel, lounge and fitness room. Dime restaurant excellent and direct access to concert venue.
Need mirror in room with queen beds bc bathroom not large enough for 2 people to get ready. Also when an event is going on and buses are blocking valet area there should be more info on where to park or other options.

The restaurant was poor. I called twice to place an order. Both times the phone rang and rang and nobody answered. I went down to place my order. Nobody but the bartender offered me service. I placed my order and when I got up to my room, it was incomplete and had to go back to get the rest. The cooked vegetables were practically raw.

Beautiful renaissance look. What is classy and elegant.
we paid for a room with a view, and all we got a view of was the building across the street and the rooftop

Room was clean, plenty of towels and nice set up.
Bed was super comfortable.
Breakfast was tasty, pretty good selection at the stations.
We had no glasses, robes, or tissues in the room. Only one coffee paper cup, no coffee or creamer.
Breakfest: Service was super, super slow. I believe restaurant was under staffed. We had to wait 20 minutes to get in but half of the restaurant was unoccupied. Once seated, had to wait another 20 minutes for food and milk for the coffee. Coffee tasted horrible.

Manager let my uninvited ex boyfriend all the way up to my room.. Without even calling me or asking me if I was expecting someone!!! really poor management and unsecured place to stay! I could’ve gotten killed or hurt since anyone that says your full name could get your room number! Really disappointed at the fact that safety is really poor in this place! Don’t recommend it

Breakfast was terrible! You were short staffed and the food was lousy! The waitresses working had to do all the work, but were very gracious and very nice!
The distance from the parking garage to the hotel check-in. The type of breakfast that was there should have been included with the stay and $16 daily to park is a little outrageous! I paid enough for the room, it should have been included!!

No towels …dirty dishes from an other room out side our door all weekend
We either had cool staff handling the lack of everything or just plain bad attitude staff.
