The house was very comfortable in a nice quiet neighborhood. The 4 of us had enough space and everything we needed for our stay. However the yard outside the living room and kitchen window was of a gravel side yard, but had trees behind it. The other surroundings were pretty.

Nice house. For me it was sad to be at the beach but not actually see the beach. I knew this when I rented though so that is on me. It is an easy drive to the beach but walking would be dangerous as you would have to walk on the highway with little shoulder. Seabrook is lovely and we had good meals there at Kokos and Frontage Pizza.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for us. Kitchen was fully equipped. A little more lighting in the living room would have been nice.

Everything was great! The house was very clean and had everything you need.

They were able to get us check in early, communication was great, letting us know thorough out the whole process, when we arrived the place was very clean and quiet place. Pet friendly, out dog had a wonderful time, thinking more than us, lol. Beach is walking distance, left the car in garage and walk around small town Pacific Beach town. Highly recommend this place, will book again on the future, thank you.

Loved the house! It was perfect size for us. Really enjoyed the sectional couch. The only issue I had was the bed not super comfortable but everything else was great! We all said we would definitely come back

We enjoyed our stay.

This review reflects two points. The first, the house itself is as described with great access to the beach which is very close. Plenty of room and single story is a huge plus. Our issue was with the cleanliness of the home upon arrival. Floors dirty, mirrors in bathrooms with water spots by sinks, and what appeared to be a large pool of vomit around one of the toilets that wasn’t cleaned up. Upon contacting the property management company VaCasa, the sharing was located outside the United States and informed us after multiple requests to have it cleaned, that there was no one local who could return to properly clean the home and we would have to do so ourself. Very discouraged with our experience with the company and not necessarily the home. I would not recommend this home to future renters until the owners slowly use VRBO and cut ties with the other property management. Our issues with our stay had nothing to do with the owners or the house itself, just the condition in which we found it when we arrived. After purchasing our own cleaning supplies and disinfecting the vomit and other areas, we enjoyed our stay and found the house comfortable and met our needs.

I totally enjoyed the house. Quiet neighborhood, Great locations to the beach, shops, and local Country Store. At times, you can here and smell the roar of the ocean waves. The place is clean, plenty of space, happy to be with the east sun, and enjoy the morning sun-rising peaking though the neighboring trees. Thank you

The house was great. The layout was really good and everything was clean. There is an entire cabinet full of games and puzzles. It was a 5 or so minute drive to the beach so that was great. I think the only disappointment was not being able to see at least a peek of the ocean from the house.

GREAT PLACE FOR THE PRICE.

The only thing this place could of used was a bbq. Otherwise it had everything its supposed to and more. Clean and very well taken care of. The yard left a lot to be desired. Needs some TLC. The description needs to include all the things available. We brought alot more that we didnt have to. Kitchen has just about everything we needed. Maybe some wine glasses. But the house was great. Would stay here again.

2nd stay at property. Will be back next year.

It was a great place to stay. Lots of room clean. We loved it!!

We loved the layout, the 1/2 bath that was incorporated into the laundry room (making 3 toilets available), and the overall vibe of the house. We didn’t need any space outside to sit or cook, but that would make for a great addition in terms of the amenities for other families.

The house was nice, comfortable, and clean. Might come back in the summer. It was nice having somewhere to stay close for clamming.

This is new home with great space and the location feels like you are part of the community. Neighbors were friendly and let us know about all the local attractions.

We enjoyed the open kitchen and living space as well as the smaller office that allowed us to have quiet time as well as enjoying time with the other couple. Each of us having a bathroom and bedroom was really helpful.

The place was very clean, and well maintained. It was quite spacious as well.

We had a wonderful time - the location was perfect and easy access to the beaches and towns. The house is spacious and just the perfect size. The allowing of pets was a great plus. The kitchen had most of the pans/dishes/cookware that we needed for our long weekend adventure. Loved that they had lights to put on your head since clamming was in the evening. We would recommend this place and will definitely be back again.

This house was perfect! Check-in was a breeze, house was super clean and very accommodating, with everything we needed for the weekend. I thought in the pictures that the walls would be stark white, but they are a soft gray, very nice and matches the hardwood flooring perfectly. The house flows very nicely, with the office, living room, kitchen, and dining all in the front with laundry, beds and bath in the back, so as to not disturb sleeping persons if others want to stay up and watch TV or play games. There is a cabinet in the dining room FULL of games, and the “office” has a lot of older VHS for kids and books to read for all ages. We fully enjoyed our time there!! One thing that wasn’t an issue at all, but would have been awesome, is if the back yard was fully fenced. This property allows up to 4 dogs, and we had our 3. All in all, this was a perfect little getaway house. Perfect location, a 2 minute drive and we could drive right onto the beach! Plus, I found a perfect sand dollar right in the yard!! What a great vacation home ! The house is very spacious and has everything you need to be comfortable and being able to prepare meals in the kitchen. I would also like to point out the great communication I had with VACASA. We had a minor problem and it was very easy to get a hold of VACASA and it got resolved very quickly. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.

This place was very nice and clean with beach access close, the only issue I had was the door code would not work all the time had to enter it roughly 4 times before it would unlock. Other then that was a great place and would stay again.

Beautiful home, super clean. Perfect place to relax at the beach. Lots of space to spread out and watch tv or play games when the weather was cold and windy.
