We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room. All of the extras: pool, gameroom, games, etc. Host communication was exceptional! We would definitely stay again!

We just returned from staying 5 nights at the A&E Getaway in Lewisville and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The property was very clean and had all the amenities as advertised. The owners were very responsive and eady to talk to.

Took a while to submit this review as Vrbo had problems logging me in but this could not go unsaid.
Was attending a wedding in the area and stayed with my fellow groomsmen. This was my 1st Vrbo experience but I hope that every experience going forward will be as pleasant and easy as the Johnson's made it out to be. I appreciate that everything from cabinets to switches thruout the property was labeled. In the words of a fellow groomsman who also stayed on the property, "If I rented out property, I'd want it just like this one".

Visited family in the Dallas area for an early Christmas celebration. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice kitchen. Game room was awesome for all of us big kids!

The home is very nice and as advertised. It was very comfortable for our family of four and worked great for Thanksgiving for our family and a few guests. The game room was a big hit. Also appreciated the thorough labeling of light switches and kitchen cupboards. Communication with the host was great throughout the process. Would definitely stay here again if we were visiting the area.

We were lucky to find this place after our other booking canceled on us and it turned out to be a blessing! The property was perfect for our family (my wife and two little ones, my parents and my niece). Plenty of space and the kids loved the game room and pool! the owners were very communicative and directions were very clear. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about this property! Plenty of room throughout the house. Lots of activities for the whole family. We really enjoyed cooling off in the pool. We will rent again if we come back to the area!

I took my grandkids to the property for a time of swimming, games and fun. It was perfect!! The pool was beautiful and the perfect size for us. The house was great too. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've slept in. The kitchen was fully stocked with most anything you would need in a kitchen and the living area was nice and comfortable too. The kids enjoyed the game room as well as the pool! I highly recommend this property!

This was a nice clean home to stay at for our visit to TX. The kids loved all the games & swimming in the pool. We would definitely recommend & stay again if we were to return to TX.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! Everything was provided that we needed, the house was very clean, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the games that were available to play, too! Thank you!

This property was great for what we needed it for. The games in the garage were a hit with everyone. The place was very clean although there was a smoky smell to the house when we walked in the house each time. I would have preferred a king bed in the master bedroom although I get why there are two doubles. We ended up sleeping in our own beds because the kids got scared and wanted to sleep in our room. There’s were plenty of kitchen items which I appreciated and everything was labeled so I didn’t have to go looking for it. Entering the house was very easy with the security which was nice. A little concerned about the neighborhood but all seems okay. All in all it was a nice place to rent and worked well for what we needed it for. The owners were great. They helped os out with all our questions.

My kids asked me if we could buy the house ir at least come back or maybe make a house just like it back home. Thats says a lot. We had movie nights and really loved board games and the billiards room. Very comfortable for all of us and the location was great! Great wolf and grapvine mills soo close and everything else was like 20 min away. Great location!

We came to DFW for a funeral, and have family all over the metroplex. The location was perfect, 15 minutes from everyone. The house is perfect for multi-generations, there's something for everyone! Grandparents can watch TV in the living room while the younger ones can hang out by the pool or in the game room. We even had a pac-man tournament! Incredibly clean, comfortable and up to date. We will be back!

We had my parents and our 17yr old and 12yr old boys staying at this house with us. There was more than enough room to roam. Everyone enjoyed the game room even my parents who are in their 70’s. We also enjoyed the pool. The property had very little stairs which made it easy to get around. The house was well laid out and had everything plus more that you would need for your stay. We were in contact with the owners while we were there for a few questions. They answered almost immediately which made us at ease. We all recommend this property and would stay again if we are in the area.

The property is exactly what was posted in pictures and content. The house was spotless and roomy. From the front door to the back you feel as if you are home the moment you arrive. Tons of seating space and everything is labeled and easy to find. We didn’t leave the house as there was plenty to keep us entertained. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Overall homey and cozy family friendly stay
I accidentally booked my reservation for the wrong days but we still decided to keep the dates. We arrived around almost midnight and we’re unable to get in immediately due to wifi issues. The delay in response was understandable being it was the middle of the night. Nicole called us and corrected the problem immediately. I was so relieved the responded in the middle of the night. Walking into a clean cozy home made all the difference for us that night!! The next day we enjoyed the yard with a poolside picnic for our oldest’ 19th birthday and went into town later in the evening. Our 6 year old son and my husband loved the game room. The house is nicely equipped and stocked with the right necessities one May forget to pack. It was a perfect stay for our family! Thank you Mike and Nicole!

Perfect Getaway
There are no regrets staying here! Everything was perfect! Everything you think you need to bring from home, they already have for you! They even have a high chair and pack n play for your little one! The beds are comfy, there was plenty of space for our family of 7. The pool was heavenly and the patio area is perfect size. My kids lived in the game room a lot of the time. We found ourselves going back to the house just to enjoy it! If you wanna have fun and sleep well at the same time, this is the place for you!

Hotel in a house
Loved this place! It was setup like a hotel with everything needed to have a great stay. Pool and game room were used often and the bathrooms were stocked with everything. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make any type of meal you want to make. Streaming services supplied with each tv were quite the bonus.

Terrible experience!!!
The owner canceled my reservation after me and my family got off the plane. This property has a pool . So that was one of the main reasons we picked it. We'll as we were on our way to the property. The owner reached out to use and told us that the pool won't b available. We were disappointed but was still will to work it out. So we asked him what could he do for us. His response was....ur reservation has been canceled and ur money will b refunded!! Then we reached out to verbo to explain our situation and they told us that he was wrong and that he would b penalized and that they would get me another home asap. Well we never heard back from them!!! We will never book through them again again I strongly advise anyone else to find a better company with better service!!

Perfect!

Quite area and convenient to DFW as well as great places In lewisville. I wouldnt hesitate for a second to recommend this house ! Although it was too cold for pool time , it looked inviting!!

Everything you could ask for in a property.
This is a beautiful home and we were 4 adults and 2 children. We had evacuated from Hurrican Ida in South Louisiana and came to get away from the weather. The game room and pool made our trip so enjoyable that the kids did not know this was a serious trip they just thought we were on vacation. Mike was a delight to work with and was very quick to reply. We definitely give the property 5 🌟 and will absolutely look this property up the next time we are looking for a place in the Dallas area.

Way more POSITIVES- Super comfy & clean
The positives: House was perfect size for a large family or group. TV had plenty of options for watching TV shows or movies. Every bedroom had a TV. The game rooms and pool provided our group plenty of entertainment without having to leave the house. We utilized the arcade and boardgames! Hosts made sure that you have everything you need! They had detergent pods, kcups, creamer, spices, and random toiletries that came in handy! I had a 6 mo. baby, and they had a pack & play and high chair and infant cutlery/bowls/etc. There is also a little park with picnic tables and a park about a block from the house.
The negatives: poor quality of mattresses in every room. And the backyard had a lot of mosquitos.

Great stay
We had a great time. Pool a little cloudy but that didn’t stop us. The kids had a great time. And the adults enjoyed some much needed rest. The only problem we had was having what we needed in the kitchen (another cookie sheet and few other items ) but we made it work. Had a great time.

Came in town for my Daughter’s high school graduation. Mike and Nicole were gracious enough to rent this property to me for a week, to host family that had come in town for her Graduation. Everything was as advertised... very clean, a host of amenities, including a game room and pool, and w/in 2-3 Miles of any shopping you need, from Walmart, to the florist, to the bar! Thanks Mike & Nicole for making my Daughter’s Graduation, and families Dallas experience, an all-time lasting memory. I

This house is in a perfect area! And it has everything you need in case you forget something. It’s beautiful and all of the accommodations kept me and my family entertained the entire stay! I recommend staying here at least once. You won’t regret it!

Mike was such a great host , always responsive , very transparent , and the home was such a beauty!
