We were in town for a wedding. This house made our stay very comfortable and convenient. I had a small glitch with the keyless entry when we arrived but George helped me and I had zero problems after that.

This house was perfect for our tournament at Prospect Meadows! I was able to work remotely and not be disturbed. Everything we needed was in close proximity. The neighborhood was quiet.
The house was centrally located to all of the baseball diamonds and had everything we needed and George responded very quickly to any questions we had. The house was very clean and updated. No problems with parking. We highly recommend staying here.

The property was just as described. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. Was able to have the kids and grandkids over for a back yard BBQ and everyone had the space they needed. Good location, close to shopping and downtown Marion. Host reached out and checked to make sure we were getting his messages and if we needed anything.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 adult sons when we were in town for a family birthday party. Communication with George, the host, was great. The house exceeded our expectations for comfort, cleanliness and being nicely-kept and well-equipped. As stated in property description, it's nicely updated. It's more spacious than it looks in photos. The back patio with grill was a nice bonus, and the host allowed us to have extended family over for an evening cookout after our party (party at a separate venue). The neighborhood is on the edge of a light industrial area and not fancy, but very quiet and with little traffic. It's a quick drive to shopping and restaurants. We would happily stay here again.

3 bedroom / super large kitchen / 2 full bathrooms and a patio out back. You are not able to use the garage nor park in the back by it but we didn't have any issues parking on the road. It is kind of a industrial area but we were safe.

We were in the Cedar Rapids area visiting our kids. The north side location was a great location for us. A mile or two from downtown and a short drive to the malls and restaurants on the north side of town. The home had plenty of space including a large kitchen. The home looks like it was recently remodeled, so everything was newer and clean.

The house was very clean. We has ample room for us. There ended up being just 3 adults in the house. Our grandson stayed with his team. The house had plenty of dishes, silverware, pots & pans, towels. They even had shampoo, conditioner, body wash. All in all, it was very good.

Upon arrival everything was what we thought it would be and more. It was the perfect size and location for us. It helped make our visit with our daughter her husband and our grand babies such a wonderful, memorable time. We stayed 10 days and never had any problems. Highly recommend. Very spacious
The house lots of open space because of the layout. We used the nice backyard and every inch of the house. The houses location to everything is really good. Hy-Vee, gas station and Walgreens are all very close. Very quiet neighborhood.

Girl’s trip
The property was perfect for our needs. It was so close to Czech Village and Little Bohemia and a short drive to the Amana Colonies. We loved sitting on the patio and having our coffee! George was the perfect host! We definitely stay again when in the area!

Nice VRBO for the price with easy access to the city. The listing was accurate and Goerge was very responsive to our questions. While the home is very clean, I was little concerned with parking. I was in between a 4-5.

Cute property
My family stayed in this home while visiting town for a wedding. The house was represented well in pictures. The neighborhood was quiet. We did have some trouble accessing the home as the code did not come through and I had to make efforts to contact the property host to get it. Not sure if that was a glitch in the messaging system but did have to go through VRBO to reach owner. George did offer us a later checkout time to compensate and we received a refund on travel insurance we had paid for, so I felt like things were made right. We would stay in the home again as it was very clean and quiet. Bathrooms were updated. Just a note-beds are mislabeled on website however pictures are accurate-1queen and two bedrooms with two twins each. House is cute though.
