Мне понравилось место, поскольку мне нужно было посещать КазНУ, так что все рядом. Чистота, уют. Главное - персонал. Две девушки: имя первой не помню, вторая - Ирина, великолепны и помогают гостям. Был всего 2 ночи, но уже понятно, что место хорошее: спокойно, хорошо.

Ну тут не недостаток, я просто привык вечером работать, но в хостеле такого места нет, вечером как раз на кухне много людей. Это не к хостелу, а к моим предпочтениям. Лучше там работать рано утром, когда многие еще спят.

Comfortable room/bed, common area, clean, some friendly guests. I didn’t use the free laundry option but it’s great. Supermarket across the street.

Location is ok but could be more central.

Staff is so cooperative and friendly

Nice staff and super clean. Not the most sociable place but didn’t bother me as I needed to relax and do some work. A bit out from the main bar/restaurant area but easily get a cheap taxi in. Good running routes nearby along the botanical garden and stream.

Not too social.

They clean every day so you won't find those disgusting surprises like other places. - Laundry machine and for free. - Very comfortable beds with curtain so full privacy. - Rooms with good lockers and good air flow. - Big kitchen and nice common area with enough space. - Very friendly staff specially Irina. - Internet is very good! - Good for early check-in. I arrived early morning and they were very helpful!

- For the beds on top it would be appreciated if it has some handles to climb safer.

Breakfast was great, location was right near lots of food places and 2 shopping malls. Bus stop right outside. Staff and residents were friendly and super helpful to me when I broke my arm. It was a home away from home. It was also the cleanest hostel I’ve ever been to, absolutely spotless.

Nice facilities, good kitchen, comfortable beds, cozy kitchen, and clean toilets.

1) Wi-Fi is not stable. It works poorly sometimes; 2) I checked-in after midnight and I was greeted in a bit rude way because it was obvious that the receptionist was annoyed with my last arrival as I woke her up…; 3) They don’t give you a e-card, so when you come after midnight, the only way for you to come inside is to call the door and witness how annoyed receptionist is coming to open the door for you. not the best experience)

There was tow women employee with black and red hair whose was respectful and polite to me. And the blonde employee with blue eyes was a little rude

The hostel has always been kept clean. The interior design is cozy, each bed has a curtain, the kitchen has excellent amenities, free water dispenser, modern shower and toilet, and more importantly, the friendly and hardworking staff.

Privacy curtains on beds with miniature light. Bathroom inside the dorm room is convenient, less people using it so there is no queue. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all facilities as like a normal home with free tea/coffee, etc.

I would have preferred someplace nearer to Panvilof park/Arbat personally, but there is a convenient bus two minutes away. Buses can take 30-50 mins to reach the best places in the centre. (But I knew this before booking, restricted due to limited options available).

Friendly staff, lots of places in the kitchen/common area to sit and do some computer work, staff was always cleaning and making sure everything was tidy, sizable shower rooms, privacy curtains in the bedrooms were quite welcome. Lots of eateries and shops nearby, a few steps from a bus stop.

The personnel were very nice and helpful, everything was very clean. The beds are top notch in comfort level. I loved the district - 5 minutes of walking and you're in the central botanical garden of Almaty.
