This was the perfect spot for our bachelor stay - it had lots to do, ample sleep for our group, and an amazing pool. This is the best option for an active group wanting to all stay together in Vegas. Jason was great to book with and very responsive, as well!

We loved staying here. The owner / property manager were very responsive to questions and helpful when we had small issues. The house is spacious and very clean. We loved cooking together in the huge kitchen and the backyard was the star of the show.

Stayed here for buddies golf trip. 8 guys. All the positives: House was large enough with plenty of beds. Perfect for a guys trip as it has all you need to stay entertained, pool table, darts, poker table, basketball court, ping pong, jacuzzi/pool, etc. Kitchen is large and well stocked with plenty of fridge space for drinks. Negatives: the house has seen better days. Overall upkeep was lacking. The pool was a swamp, looks like it had never been cleaned. Landscaping was overgrown with trash laying in it. Showers drains weren’t draining in master. Sheets seemed to be dirty/stained.
Overall a decent stay but can be an excellent/top option with a little upkeep/love.

The property was great for our wedding party. We were able to enjoy a night on the town as well as hang out at the house. The kitchen was fully stocked, the pool, hot tub, poker table and pool table made it a great time.

Perfect location, short drive from the strip. Home was beautiful and clean, as pictured. The kitchen had everything needed, most well stocked rental we have ever experienced in terms of kitchen accessories. Comfortable beds, and lots of activities with pool, basketball, ping pong, etc. I would highly recommend. Would definitely go back!

We were here for our daughter’s wedding and had kids with us, so we really didn’t want to stay on the strip. This place as perfect for us. Plenty of space and lots of things to keep everyone entertained! Nice, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this house, especially if you don’t want to be in the middle of the strip madness. However, it was close enough to Uber when we needed to.

The house suited our purpose and it is as pictured. The kitchen is a great gathering spot. We used all amenities, even the cracked tennis court. There were a few things that can be improved upon. The refrigerator temp was set at 51 and could not be adjusted, the spa was complicated and we only accessed in our last full day. It was great to use. Pool was perfect temperature and used daily. It was nice to have a gathering table outside to hold all 10 of us. Each room is well accommodated and comfortable. One bathroom upstairs to be shared by 4 bedrooms was difficult. The master bath was awesome. To the owners, I would suggest a detailed book for guests to outline how to adjust items, wifi and codes. Overall, it is a nice property.

This property has all the amenities you need (or want). The chef's kitchen had every appliance and utensil imaginable. The exterior is great. The interior does need some wall repairs and repainting.

The home was extremely clean and comfortable for my family of 12. It has everything you could think of! The host was phenomenal and responsive!!
I highly recommend staying at this property and when back in Vegas, I’ll be booking this property again.

Wonderful property! Pool was fantastic and the kitchen was just as impressive. Easily the most well stocked kitchen I’ve seen at a VRBO. Everything was as advertised or even better.

The house was great, conveniently located to the strip and Freemont street and golf courses in the area.
We had 8 guys and slept very comfortably. The pool, spa and back yard are awesome! Lots of supplies in the kitchen for cooking and grilling.
Overall a great place to stay, check in and check out was a breeze.
Will definitely book again in the future.

This property is gorgeous- spacious and clean house with all bedrooms in the quiet upstairs. Extremely well stocked kitchen with any possible appliance you may need. Backyard is beautiful with the grassy area and brand new pool/hot tub. Great location- easy drive to the strip, red rocks canyon for hiking and 30 mins from Hoover Dam. We cannot wait to come back!

We booked this holiday for 9 men celebrating 40th birthdays. The house was amazing, clean and fully stocked with everything you need. The appliances were premium quality, no expense spared. The pool was lovely and warm and would recommend paying the extra for the pool heating. I would suggest that the three sofa beds aren’t that comfortable and would suit under 18s. The Tennis/basketball court could do wit being re done as there were a few cracks but not terrible. Thank you to the great host.

I put in a lot of hype to my buddies about the house and the courses. A little nervous being unsure if the pics and description on VRBO would be accurate. Im pleased to say the house was even better than described. It was such an awesome place to hang with the crew. My only issue was the surround sound. It was pretty cool when the owner came by and showed me on his phone through the app how it sounded and it was awesome. Unfortunately after trying over and over i had to give up on it as it wouldn't work through the app i was instructed to download. And with the warnings listed over and over again on the rental agreement about all the extra charges for messing anything up i was reluctant to press the issue. All and all really great place, decently located to the strip, we're already planning our return visit.

We rented this house for a family vacation for 8 adults and 3 children ages 7-12. We had a fantastic time - all the bedrooms were super comfy - everyone had their own place to sleep. Living areas were plenty spacious and the outdoor area is a dream - especially with the pool heated in February. Thank you so much!

Many amenities…so many we could not get to use everything! Pictures are as advertised and backyard oasis with pool, tennis court, pavilion and palm trees helped our experience. We paid to heat the pool which allowed us to use it daily. Highly recommend with 5 stars. I rated 4 stars for neighborhood just because surrounding homes were run down not for safety. Location for easy access to Vegas strip and grocery stores was perfect.

Stayed with 10 friends while we were in town for SEMA, super easy drive to the strip, but nice and quiet neighborhood. The house was very well stocked with all of the essentials and lots of extras. We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner every night, if you needed it, it was there.
Very spacious layout fresh remodel and comfy beds, highly recommend to anyone with a large group! The owners care about their property, and it shows.

Home had many features that facilitate group activities and relaxation. Only draw backs: all bedrooms on second floor, 4 rooms shared one bathroom on that floor; contract restricted having any guest in the house, other than those listed on initial application, at any time was overly restrictive.

A group of 10 adults rented this property for 5 days/4 nights and were not disappointed. The lot is huge and is great for those who want to just hang out and for those who want to visit the main offerings of Las Vegas. The host was attentive and responsive to the few questions we had. Perfect for Reunions
This home is perfect for gatherings up to 12 people. With a backyard like this, there’s no point in leaving the house.
Some items of note:
- The kitchen is the most well stocked I’ve seen at any rental. There’s every appliance you can think of.
- The renters are very responsive.
- Only bare bone supplies are provided. You’ll need to bring your own shampoo and buy toilet paper to replenish.
- The rules are thorough, so be prepared to do a little reading.
Overall, would definitely recommend a stay!

Incredible rental
This place is a haven with incredible amenities , so many places to cook , bbq , and dine both inside and out. We absolutely loved our stay , our only complaint from everyone is why didn’t I book more days !!!

Great space for large groups of people
This place is nice and roomy. I would say the only downfall is that all bedrooms are on the upper floor and all the bedrooms except the master share one restroom upstairs or they have to go downstairs. We still managed.

Amazing Property
As advertised. A lot of stuff to do. Had a ton of fun With the tennis court and swimming pool. Stayed at the home for most of our trip. Plenty of entertainment right there.
House was clean. Bedrooms were comfortable. Would definitely recommend it.
