This place is ideal foot a traveler who wants a private spacious studio stay. The place is furnished tastefully, everything looks brand new. The a/c will hug you as you enter the bedroom. The hostess María is attentive and a text away. GREAT value.

Could use a ceiling fan in living room

I love the kitchen safe money on breakfast….very clean ….Maria was very nice lady and very helpful….the apartment was in a nice quiet area …I didn’t have any issues…recommend and will stay again here..

This is a quiet 2 story corner house with several apartments. We stayed in the middle apartment with no terrace and mountain views from the back window. This specific apartment is perfect for a couple. It has a door that we had no access to so I don't know if it has a 2nd bedroom. It's comfortable, quiet and clean. It has food, shopping and a pharmacy within walking distance. The neighborhood is walkable. Neighbors are friendly. The host was welcoming, friendly and attentive. Uber wasn't an issue from the property.

The extra excluded from your room rate hidden fees that pack a punch on your bottom line. A $19-$58 Environmental fee per night and a $70-$210 Destination fee. I rather see a higher room rate and less fees.

Having a parking space.

They accused us of breaking a lamp globe, which we didn’t and charged our credit card for $110.00 without proof or permission. We checked out at 4:00am and at 3:28 pm we got a text with a picture saying that we broke the lamp.😡 What transpired between that time? It’s likely that the cleaning people broke the lamp and blamed us. The owner or manager never greeted us in person. Low water pressure in the shower. Mildew smell coming out of the air conditioner. Cheap and uncomfortable mattress, pillows, and towels. We were asked to throw toilet tissue in the trash and not flush.💩

Entire Apartment for us, with parking and good location, include everything you need to stay for a few days.

Spacious bedroom with air conditioning, soft queen sized bed with 4 super comfortable pillows and soft comforters, Roku smart TV with Netflix included, walk in closet, wall mirror, power outlet, and modern furnishing. Bathroom had a detachable shower head and heated water, modern toilet and sink with mirror cabinet, and includes body wash, hand soap, and shampoo, and you get complementary towels and washcloths. Kitchen had a 4-burner electric stove top, full sized fridge with freezer, sink with dish soap and sponge included, a variety of cutlery, pots and pans, and seasonings available to use inside the stylish cabinets. Overall, the decor and furnishing of the living room (has large sofa and glass table for 4), kitchen, room, and bathroom all felt coordinated and extremely modern throughout, our room in particular had a little patio with fake grass and a table with a couple of lawn chairs and an umbrella, so the physical installations themselves blew us away in the best way possible. As an added bonus, support from the host is amazing; personal, polite, and most importantly very nice and helpful! The building may not be the most glamorous, but it's getting remodeled. In conclusion, I'd say you get even more than what you pay for, amazing vibes and amazing place.

The fake grass on the deck puddles water when it rains. It's located in a suburb, so the location isn't that glamorous (although it's mere driving minutes away from all major toursit locations in San Juan) Other than that, I did not find anything wrong with the place.

Very clean and the owner very friendly

The apartment was wonderful and equipped with everything you need. Our host is incredible! She made sure we were comfortable. It also has a driveway which is a plus for me because we had rental car. I am looking foward to staying here again one day.

The longer I stayed, the more I appreciated this gem for what it is. Resorts are nice, but if you're looking to stay IN PR, spend your $ on experiences, have privacy, still be close to everything, then this may be the place. Host was super friendly and helpful. Our flight landed and left in the middle of the night and she was very accommodating. I really enjoyed the private little deck on this 2nd floor apartment for breakfast, dinner, or whatever you like. Well the deck is actually not small at all! You can see mountains in the distance from the deck. Has a full fridge/freezer, microwave and a hot plate that we managed to make some pretty good meals with. There is a neighborhood market literally across the street for alll the essentials, including libations. ;) But Wal-Mart, Sams, Denny's, Starbucks, BK, etc is a $4 uber if you don't want to walk. Uber from here is FAIRLY inexpensive compared to other areas, just refresh your feed if it says fares are higher than usual and it will decrease significantly within the half hour. The airport is a $8 to $20 uber (depending on time), old San Juan $10, Isla Verde beach $8, El yunke rainforest AREA $23. You cannot take an uber to go into the rainforest, even to visit due to new rules. You must rent a car or take a tour that has a car that will take you inside, but this apartment has a free allotted space for your car in the driveway. COLD remote AC unit in bedroom that can cool entire apartment but the cross-breeze in the main area was great. Lovely little active church across the street and polite neighbors that sometimes played music which I LOVED. If you are planning a loud, wild, turn up, that is awesome but please do not stay here for that! The host, neighbors, and property is very peaceful and relaxing and it should stay that way. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. :)

Honestly, when I first arrived I was underwhelmed. Partly because it was 3am and I was coming off of a 9 hour layover, but also because I am used to hotels and have never stayed in a rental. Some minor cosmetic things here and there and water pressure lower than I am also used to. But I again will tell you, every moment of every day we stayed I fell more in love with the entire place and the experience. We will DEFINITELY be back if and when we are able.

Stocking of small amenities like:Face Towels, coffee or tea, small travel bottles of lotion, tooth paste. This was out of their control but on our last night the power went out, but They stop by to bring us a portable charger so that was helpful. Pleasant hosts.

The location was extremely convenient. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Our host Maria was very pleasant and friendly, She also gave us a great recommendation to try some of the local food. There is a very nice and private back porch area. The apartment was super clean and comfy. The area was quiet and neighborly.

The only thing was there was not an oven, but that was not an issue during our visit because we planned to enjoy the local cuisines. The apartment does come equipped with a portable stove top, so if you wanted to cook a small meal you do have have that option.

The owner was very kind. If we had any issues, she was able to come and correct them, regardless of the language barrier. My friend made a mistake when ordering the room and thought that we reserved two bedrooms, but it turned out we only ordered a single bedroom. Instead of cancelling, the owner was able to give us another room with two bedrooms! It was very polite and we appreciated it.

We understood that a lot of things were out of the owners control. There was an issue with the water pressure the entire trip. Keep in mind of the hurricane that hit in 2017. The city is still recovering from that, so we did not complain. There were also plumbing issues, but nothing major and again the hurricane affected this.
