The background check required was quite a bit of work and seemed unnecessary. Also, not being able to change the thermostat was a little frustrating. Thermostat was set at 71 and we weren’t allowed to turn it down at all. Thermostat was up to 75 during the day even while we were home. Other than those few flaws, everything else was, great .

House was great! Very clean and spacious for 2 Mom's and 4 kids. Quick walk to soulard market, epic Pizza, protagonist coffee and baked &boiled bagels! Very quick to get on and off the highway to access anywhere on St Louis.

Back door wouldn't open. One set of sheets on a bed were either stained or dirty.

This is a great property, and a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking. Beds were comfortable. Upstairs bathrooms were spacious. Make sure you stop at the Soulard Farmer's Market. No need to drive. Walk there. Our only comment echoes another review: There are two coffee makers, a full knife set, plates, bowls, glasses and a cutting board or two. Plenty of silverware. However, if you are planning to make more than a continental breakfast, you may struggle. If you plan to cook, bring what you need to cook.

Nice, affordable, clean

This place is perfect for out of town era wanting to catch a game. Very spacious and clean inside. Communication great. We were in town to catch some Cardinals games and it was absolutely wonderful.

The communication with the management company was excellent, the house was nice, clean, and it accommodated my group’s needs very well. I wish there were a bigger outdoor space with a grill, but the inside makes up for that. The neighborhood in general is ok. Its location definitely is good - a short ride from most things we did. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

This place was perfect for checking out all of the sights and highlights of STL. We could get anywhere quickly, the noise was minimal for an urban area and the floorplan made it easy for two families to enjoy. The lower level doesn't have a bathroom, which was unfortunate for littles, but the half bath in the main level helped accommodate the brushing of teeth and using the bathroom for those sleeping below. Smart TVs were a plus with Roku features (Disney+ for the win). Walking to the Soulard Farmers Market was awesome. Overall the property is smaller than I expected, especially the downstairs, but it worked. The photos are representative of the property but they are cropped and taken at angles that make it look larger than it is (I think every place is like that). The tri level footprint made temperature regulation difficult (warmer in the upstairs bedrooms and very cool downstairs however the ceiling fans kept us cool at night and I'm sure this was highlighted by the week we were there with temp in the triple digits. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable but it took some getting used to, it felt a little bit like I was sleeping downhill. The kids toys were awesome and thoughtful, kudos to the owners for having these little play nooks throughout the property. We would absolutely stay again!!
