We met family here to go to our first NFl Bills game. It was a perfect location and house was perfect for what we needed. My picky mother in law even approved the cleanliness, which is a huge compliment. Thank you Christina (host) for sharing your home with us.

Stayed the weekend with some friends for the Bills game. House was as described, easy check-in process, and fit all out needs. East to get downtown and to the stadium. Would recommend!

Our family of 6 loved staying here while we were visiting family in Buffalo! I've never stayed at a rental where so much thought has been put into every detail. They literally thought of everything! The neighborhood was quiet, centrally located, and the A/C worked SO well, which was much needed during our stay. Excellent vacation rental!

I had family coming from out of town for family reunion/memorial services. This was the perfect place. My family raved about the soft sheets, comfy towels and how well appointed the house was. The owners thought of everything. My family included a 6 mo old and they could have traveled more lightly had they known just how well equipped the house was.
The house is exceptionally clean with very comfortable furniture.
My family was able to go back to the house for much needed down time in between several different events. And with an infant it was especially helpful to have a kitchen and laundry. So much better than staying at a hotel.
One last thing-easy access right off the NYS Thruway.
I chose this location based on the previous reviews and they were spot on. Five stars all the way around.

Cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed in! On top of being a cute, comfy home, we loved that the owners thought of everything (tea, spices, toiletries, umbrellas, snow brush, board/card games, baby gear, etc. all readily available if needed). House was very nicely decorated too! Christina was responsive to any messages/questions.

What a perfect property for a family with young kids in Buffalo! We came from Florida for a Bills Playoff game and brought our four little girls and the house was perfect! They truly thought of so many tiny details from the cocomelon building blocks to the highchair and the pack and play in the closet to the game room and even the toiletry amenities and the coffee/tea cabinet stocked perfectly just ready to host you!
Would stay at one of their properties again instantly! Loved our stay and the hosts were amazing too! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We came with our family to watch the Bills /Vikings game! We were pleasantly surprised with this quaint cozy home!! It is in a great location, close to the airport the falls, the stadium., and casinos! The hosts were very attentive checking in each day. The house has more than adequate space, don't let one bathroom dissuade you! The game room was an absolute blast. 5 stars in our book!

We loved the Opal House! We came into town for a family reunion and Buffalo Bills Game and couldn’t have been happier with the house.

We've stayed at a lot of rental homes and this one was by far the best. It's super clean and cozy. We have allergies and nobody so much as sneezed while we were staying here. The home was perfect for our family of four and very kid friendly. The game/playroom was a nice bonus, and the Disney+ subscription on the TV was extremely thoughtful and much appreciated by all after a long day exploring Buffalo or Niagara Falls. Beds are all super comfortable! The little backyard was a nice place for the kids to burn off a little energy. Can't say enough good things about this home!

Buffalo Family Vacation
As advertised. Very clean, great location and convenient to all Buffalo has to offer. Christina and Patrick were fabulous hosts, they checked on us at the right times and that was appreciated. We definitely would stay at the Opal House on our next visit home. Thank you!

Great Property
The house was very clean and cozy. The house seemed to have been recently updated to a fun, inviting style. Just pay attention to the street parking signs. You can only park on certain sides of the street on certain days.

We had a great weekend in this house!!! The house was immaculate, felt right at home the whole time. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The house was super clean and had so many more essentials then what were listed on vrbo. Christina, the host, was super nice and accommodating. She checked on me everyday to make sure my trip to buffalo was going well. Highly recommend this home, you won’t be disappointed!

House was perfect for our trip. Enough room for 5 of us. We had everything we needed. The weather didn't cooperate for skiing, but we were able to check out the canal side and the falls. Host was very accommodating. Would stay here again.

Amazing
My family and I absolutely loved this house. It is decorated so cute and had everything we needed to feel comfortable on our trip to Buffalo. Christina was amazing and provided us with all of the information we needed for a smooth check in and out. We would definitely recommend this house if you are visiting the Buffalo area.

Great place for a family
We really enjoyed our stay in the Opal House. Communication and check in were seemless.
The kids definitely enjoyed the game room and its location upstairs gave the adults a quiet space to visit and relax downstairs. There was enough space for six people to stay very comfortably and we could have had another if needed. Really appreciated the nice touches such as the stocked kitchen and the binder of local restaurant recommendations. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the Buffalo area.

We stayed for a work trip so we weren't there much but it was very cozy, super clean and in a cute neighborhood! Would definitely stay here again while in Buffalo! The host was very communicative and answered any question we had!

Buffalo Trip
Everything was great when booking this property. The host was so quick to respond to any and all questions. Also, I have booked several rental houses over the past few years and this one was in the top 3 of being clean and since we were traveling with toddlers we were on the floor and getting toys from under furniture so I would've seen dust off it was there 🤣. Our allergies certainly appreciated the great work of the cleaning crew!
