Very good hospitality amazing staff that makes you feel special

The rooms were clean and there was a very good roof top restaurant. Overall the experience was good.

The room which I got had no view at all. There was a big wall, which is what I could see from my room.

They are really nice and welcoming. But should smile a bit more. I got free upgrade to suit, thanks.

The gym, kids playground is very small and has suffocated smell.

Property is at a good location amidst nature, slightly out of Shimla (20-30 min from Mall Road) , so you can have a relaxing vacation. All the staff I met in the hotel were very courteous, food is also delicious . All the facilities like swimming pool, spa, kids area, restaurants are well maintained

Nothing in particular, everything was good. Room size could have been slightly bigger, not a big issue though.

Staff is friendly and the property is beautiful, though the rooms are smaller but you will find exceptional view. Breakfast spread is good, has so much variety and you can even ask to get something made according to your preference. Best part of the property is their Roof top- House of Glass restro! Loved the experience

The location, the jaccuzi in the Orchid Suite, the views from the rooftop and the staff were excellent!

the staff was exceptionally good and friendly . we were well taken care of by the staff and hotel was clean and tidy. Aakash at the reception and Ganesh who is the manager helped us throughout and made our stay pleasant.

Rooms and cleanliness

Dear Sir   Good Afternoon ! Thanks for your email and stay was excellent although would like to bring to your notice the following points which need immediate attention for the betterment of your property in the long term:   Half Board or Full Board meal plan guests should have the liberty / flexibility to dine in any of your restaurants during their stay for dinner as the case may be whenever the respective restaurants are open and they shouldn’t be literally forced to dine in any restaurant of your choice as that’s simply ridiculous and unacceptable and this is a point which I am going to highlight rigorously at all levels. In room dining department should be better equipped so as the TIME TAKEN TO DELIVER the order and CLEAR THE ROOM after delivery of the ORDER should be much more quicker and prompt. You should have basic skeleton limited menu available round the clock as per laid down protocols which wasn’t there during our stay. Swimming Pool should be temperature controlled anyhow for sure.

The rooms were clean, very much supportive staff, nice food, highly recommended for stay with family.

Accommodation was good ... The buffet spread was also very nice ... Staff was prompt and helpfull ...
