House was older but clean with amenities as described. However, DON'T stay here. The area is unsafe. There is a drug house across the street with multiple cars and people coming and going day and night. Drug users hanging around outside the house and stumbling down the street. One fell on the front porch as we were sitting outside and stumbled down the street almost being hit by a car. Party van dropped off several people that night. NO deadbolts or additional locks in the home to make you feel safe. Worried about vehicle being broke into due to activity seen. Host lives in separate area of rental, but states he is unaware of this activity. Host as access to entry on front and back door due to no additional locks inside the home. Did not feel safe in this area even though I was with my huband. We did not sleep here and left the same day we arrived after just a few hours of seeing what was going on around us. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS NOT SAFE.

Great location, very good A/C, nice soft bath linens. Easy check in and out. Loved being close to downtown and great place for our fur babies!

I would move in here! It is kept perfectly clean, everything you need for your stay is provided! Even a his & hers bathrobe! You are allowed to bring your pet & this was a wonderful bonus! I highly recommend booking, communication was also fabulous with the owner!

My stay was absolutely wonderful. Love the location love how close it was to all the attractions. I did the cave tour I did the aquarium and of course I visited bass pro all great. I actually went to the pool one day I do know I need to bring a chair next time, but that was on me, thank you again for such a lovely’s day definitely will be back again!

Came in to Springfield for a car show and had a great time! Exterior is an old house in an old neighborhood but inside is clean, no odors, comfortable furniture, clean bathroom, clean kitchen and a nice bed. Yes there is a couple other units in the house but you cannot hear anyone, only the occasional car or motorcycle. We didn't spend much time there just needed a place to stay and this worked great! Had an issue hauling my old car down there and ended up meeting the host and making a new friend. Because of him I got to go to the show with my car. Will stay again, Thank you!

The property was comfortable and quiet. Nice place to stay. Would stay there again.

The property is nice, and seems clean and well cared for. The backyard is fenced, but wouldn't keep most dogs in off leash. The neighborhood is a bit rough. Make sure you read the full description, there are 2 other apartments in house - this didn't cause any issues but you should be aware. The property manager provides great amenities.

Super clean property with everything you need. Nice parking area and large area to walk the dog. Location was perfect for our trip to the Aquarium and restaurants. Nice clean park down the street for kids to play or walking your dog. Will stay again when in the area.
