Our girls group loved our stay! Everything was clean, cute, and cozy! Unlike some rentals, there was adequate room for not only sleeping, but also in the shared and outdoor spaces so everyone was comfortable the entire trip. A lot of thought went into the accommodations for a perfect beach trip. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This was the perfect place for our group of 9. The location, style, and cleanliness of the space were the biggest factors. The incredibly accommodating and professional rental management was just another added bonus. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough.

We had our multi-generation family getaway at the Beach House & it was perfect! Great house, outdoor space, and location! We highly recommend staying here, the house is fully stocked with everything you need and was so comfortable!

This vacation home was perfect for our family of 10. It was beautiful and clean inside, has an enclosed yard, perfect for our toddlers, and was in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and the beach. We all had a great time at the San Diego zoo, Seaworld,, Lego Land and the Birch aquarium all a short distance from the house. The manager of the house was very helpful and always available when we had questions. Everyone one in our group said they would love to stay here again.

We rented the vacation house on Diamond street from Saturday to Saturday, straddling the July 4 festivities. It was a short walk (about 2 blocks) to the delightful beach, and we could easily bring the beach items (chairs, towels, etc.) in an available cart. There was also outside sitting space for breakfast, lunch and dinners. We were a total of nine big (6) and small people, and with three bedrooms with large beds, it was a pleasure to stay there. The three bathrooms with showers made it convenient to live there. The kitchen had all types of items for easy living, which we took advantage of during our stay. It was truly a pleasure to stay there. We had a delightful vacation in a well-stocked house. The property manager was very helpful and accomodating to our wishes. We all enjoyed it immensely.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay in PB. We loved the location and how close it was to the beach. The 3 parking spots were also key as parking is a bit tricky in the area. There was a baby bath and high chair at the house but we could’ve used a pack and play so hopefully they’ll add that soon. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the outdoor patio area and our vacation.

There was a groups of 6 girls that stayed at this property and we loved our stay! The property management company was easy to contact & communicate with. The unit is very cute and fully stocked. We loved the outdoor area, and spent most of our time there. Great location, just a quick walk to the beach.

We used the property for a family get away to enjoy San Diego. A beautifully decorated property with plenty of space for the family to spread out- Within walking distance to the beach and other restaurants, this house fit our needs and more! This place was home away from home and we would highly recommend this house, especially for those traveling with children.

This house is an ideal location for a vacation with a group of friends or family. Like mentioned in the description it is steps away from both the beach and Garnet Street with the beach access on Diamond. The house slept our party of 8 easily and had an awesome outside patio to hang out. Would recommend this house for anyone looking for a fun Pacific Beach getaway.

This house was great for our family vacation. It was well kept and fully stocked with everything you possibly could need. Definitely one of the better VRBOs we have stayed at.The little backyard was perfect for hanging out and it was a short walk to the beach.

The house was absolutely amazing. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and modern. Living room was super cozy and beds were comfy. It was really great having two rooms upstairs and two rooms downstairs, each floor with a bathroom. Location was amazing. Quick walk to beach, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Overall highly recommend!!

Overall we really enjoyed the property. Easy for older family to stay on the ground floor. Close to everything, and had all the amenities needed to be comfortable.

Our group of late 20s friends really enjoyed this property. The proximity to the beach cannot be beaten. We loved having activities and restaurants all within walking distance as well as being 10-15 minutes driving from most attractions in the area. The space was perfect and we especially loved the comfortable couches, spacious outdoor area, and fireplace. the communication leading up to our stay was very thorough. I would definitely recommend this property

Only 1.5 blocks from the beach. Inside was very clean and great for friends and/or family. Kitchen was stocked to be able to use in a real way. We look forward to staying again.

The location is wonderful - just a short walk to the beach. But the best part about this house for little kids was 2 upstairs bedrooms and 2 downstairs bedrooms so we could separate out older/younger people and everyone slept well.

My 3 best friends and I loved staying here. A cozy place with plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need and we loved having the chance to stay in and cook one night. The location was fantastic! 2 blocks from the beach and so many great shops and restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the Beach House Dec 5-8, 2022.This property is everything they say. Close to the beach, great location for shopping, hiking, restaurant. The house is newly decorated, comfortable sleeping, and well stocked kitchen. I am a cook so appreciated the kitchen, appliances, and having spices and coffee available. The yard was so cute and comfortable to sit on the patio. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. We cant wait to come back!!

Our multigenerational family traveled to San Diego for a wedding. This house was perfect for us. We loved the decor and the functionality of the house. It was lovely being able to walk to the beach as well as some wonderful cafes in the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Cute house, roomier than first appearance, exceedingly well equipped, nice furnishings and appealingly decorated...all in a fabulous location close to the beach, dining, and shops.

This was my first Vrbo rental and was worried about being disappointed as to the actual condition of the property and the adequacy of the location. I was not disappointed. The house was clean, updated, roomy, and well laid out and designed. The location was within a couple of blocks of the ocean (which the kids were very happy with) and many restaurants but provided us a quiet retreat at the end of the day. I would stay here again.

Excellent except for noisy air conditioning on main floor..but clean, tidy, convenient
