Great property for a family of 6 adults and 4 kids. Spa overlooking the canal was a bonus. Lots of space for everyone to relax even when it’s raining. Highly recommended

Fantastic property in a very quiet/relaxing spot. The view over the canal at the back of the property is great. We were lucky with the weather (winter staycation) and were able to sit out on the deck for breakfast and then afternoon drinks.
The house is also much more spacious (and very cosy with the gas fire) than the photos show. It was a perfect spot to get away with friends and celebrate my birthday. We would love to book again one day. Oh and the hot tub was 👌
The only drawback is there is very little around in terms of food options/cafes etc. it wasn’t really a problem for us as we brought food etc and didn’t really want to go out anywhere but something to be mindful of if this is what you’re after.

We had the most amazing 6 days at Wisteria Waters. Fantastic house and the location is perfect. We loved our wildlife visitors and made sure we had treats for them. Got picked up from the Jetty and went on a lovely cruise around the area. Can not fault this location or the amazing owners who are so committed to providing a quality location. Thanks Kate & Andrew! Absolutely loved our stay at Wisteria Waters!! The house was beautiful from the inside to the outdoor area with the spa and the amazing view over the water. The house was spacious & had everything you could possibly need! We enjoyed breakfast outside watching the birds and boats go by, we loved kayaking even in the rain! Relaxing in the spa, cooking dinner in the kitchen with every cooking utensil supplied. A huge bonus being Netflix in both lounge rooms!! The most tranquil & serene location, the peacefulness was so comforting, will definitely be coming back with the family and kids!! A getaway definitely worth staying.

The property, view & spa were so perfect that we barely left the house all weekend! Dolphins visited a couple of times a day; the kayaks gave us a chance to get out on the water; plenty of comfortable beds!

We stayed at Wisteria Waters over the weekend to show my parents who came over from Melbourne the giants of Mandurah. It was such a gorgeous property, it had everything we needed for the 4 adults and three children during our stay. The kids had a ball playing in the mud down near the jetty and the outdoor shower made it a breeze to clean them up. The highlight for everyone was seeing the dolphins swim right up to the jetty. Very well maintained house, we will definitely be back there!

We had a lovely stay. It had a lovely outlook and was very peaceful. The bedrooms downstairs were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda in the morning.
As much as we had an enjoyable weekend, there were some suggestions made from our group.
1. There was no hand towels, bathmats or guest soap.
2. Let guests know to bring your own hair dryer.
3. The bathroom exhaust fan needs to be looked at as it is making a terrible noise.
4. There’s was no tea, coffee or sugar and basic condiments.
5. There needs to be step-by-step instructions on how to use the spa and the spa's keypad.
6. 2 out of the 3 lights covering the spa have blown and need to be replaced.
7. The pots and pans are very dated.
8. The cleaning and service fee is very expensive.

Wisteria Waters is a lovely large , very roomy house with everything you need. Beds are nice and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. A great verandah to sit and take in the serenity of the canal and wildlife. As a family group we had a very enjoyable stay.

Unfortunately cockroaches in motorbike room, and drawer under stove top in this room coming apart. We are all over 70 and had a great time, we would certainly return to this property. It is our 6th holiday around the canals.

What a lovely peaceful location. Our group of 9 stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the beautiful deck overlooking the canal. We took the opportunity to bring our boat and it was brilliant to have our own jetty.
The beds were all comfy and the linen was superb.

Fabulous river fronted house with private jetty. Great amenities and layout. Spa for afternoon cool offs or winter warm ups. Abundance of wildlife. Awesome deck overlooking river. Perfect for larger groups or families. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was well furnished and while we had one issue with internet interruption that wasn’t the fault of the owner, Denis was on it communicating with us which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay there again.

The house is spotless and beautifully set up (but not cluttered). The kitchen has plenty of supplies and platters etc. The view is amazing and it's bliss to relax in those rocking chairs and enjoy the peace. The spa is the icing on the cake. We honestly cannot find any faults - will definitely be back again. :)

We had such a beautiful family getaway, celebrating a 30th birthday. We had a lovely ’Meandah’ through the canals and the Murray River, enjoying some local eateries along the way! We were visited by the dolphins, which delighted our grandchildren - such a perfect weekend!!

Our stay at Wisteria Waters was delightful. The house is large and comfortable, perfect for our girls' weekend catch-up. We loved sitting outside on the deck for drinks and nibbles, and later in the afternoon, we sat and chatted in the hot tub. A couple of us took the kayaks out on Sunday morning and enjoyed exploring the canals. We saw dolphins and so much bird life. A fabulous little vacation. We'll book again for next year!

We were attending a wedding at Fairbridge Farm and elected to stay at this lovely house for the weekend. The house is quite large and the three teenagers had their own "wing". The short amount of time we spent at the property we loved - we saw dolphins jumping along the river one morning and many birds including pelicans. We only got a quick dip in the spa and wish we had more time! Everything we needed was there and the vibe was right. Dinner at the Tavern a short walk away on the Friday night was excellent.

Came down from Perth for a much needed 4 day break. The place has a relaxed, comfortable feel to it and the setting is tranquil whilst not being remote. The canal strip is a hive of nature activity with dolphins fishing at dusk, cormorants fishing during the days, families of ducks marching through and a quite magnificent neighbouring Rottweiler patrolling the area making sure everything is in order! 😀 The property was nice and clean and there are plenty of amenities including the jacuzzi which was the perfect way to finish each day! Andrew and Kate made checking in super easy and we loved our time there. Beautiful property. Hope to return some day.
