We absolutely loved this home! We traveled with three children, who were delighted to have their own rooms. Our ten year-olds enjoyed having their own space - including the outdoor hangout spot with ping pong table, as well as two bedrooms and bathroom - on the first floor. The second floor is the “main floor,” with open concept kitchen/dining/living space and two bedrooms. I was a little hesitant to not have a proper/private “primary bath,” but the configuration worked fine for us. The primary bedroom is connected to the second-floor bathroom, so it was very convenient. The location and setting are what truly set this home apart. Extremely easy walk to the Princeville shopping center and Foodland. The mountain views from the screened-in lanai are magical and breathtaking. This home is perfectly situated to maximize the tradewinds. Open up the window shades and turn the AC off for an incredible vacation! Thank you for sharing this slice of heaven with our family.

This rental is beautifully appointed on a cul de sac with a beautiful view from the lanai. We’ve stayed in rentals in multiple places over the years and this was by far the best stocked home in terms of kitchen and other basic items. Not once did I have to contact property management for needs. We had everything we needed to have enjoyable beach days and didn’t have to rent anything. My family created great memories during our stay. We will definitely be back again!

5 starts on all counts - Lots of room, great open living space/kitchen, every amenity you could want from bikes to hot tub to almost unlimited beach supplies ( Tent/Toys/Boogie Boards/ Sand Toys) to ping pong table to ~ 100" TV in the living space to a well stocked kitchen for a large family (7 people) It's in a neighborhood that feels very quiet and sheltered from the neighbors. We had our 2yr old granddaughter with us on her 1st big trip. The high chair, portable crib and open grass space was perfect for her and her parents. Everything is well thought out for families. Lastley Deb the property manager was extremely helpful and kind. We were forced to move the dates a couple of times which she did very quickly. Communication was a A++++. Highly recommended!!

We loved this house. There was plenty of room for 8 people with somewhere to sit in every room. The kids really enjoyed the ping pong table. The outdoor shower was very useful when returning from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

Beautiful open living space well stocked kitchen & bathrooms. Especially appreciated beach towels, surf & boogie boards & hot tube. Owner/manager very assessable & responsive. A lovely stay. Will stay here again!!

We enjoyed this property very much. It was large and well stocked. There were lots of toys available for our use. We had a great time!

Loved everything about this house. It’s big with tons of room, and a nice balcony. We were gone most of the waking hours but were able to use the hot tub a bit and even caught a movie on the huge tv! Stay here, you will be happy you did.

We all really enjoyed this home. It was so amazing to relax in Hawaii and be in such a beautiful place. We all really enjoyed the amenities provided, it was so nice to feel like it was a home away from home. The kitchen had everything you ever wanted, hot tub, huge TV and comfortable couches. Very comfortable beds and nice bathroom. We all enjoyed the outdoor shower setup. I would recommend this location to anyone visiting Princeville. Also - Deb the owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We had such a wonderful time and I hope to go back and stay here again sometime!

We has an amazing stay in Princeville. The house was spacious, impeccably clean and well maintained. It had every kitchen utensil we could possibly need. The games, from Candy Land to Ticket to Ride and more, ping pong table, bikes, kayak. Boogie boards, etc. etc were a bonus as was the hot tub. It was a breeze communicating with Debbie and instructions for virtually everything in the house was great. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

The property was very nice and well kept. It was nicer than the photos. Each bedroom had AC which was a big win. We had an infant with us (celebrating his 1st birthday) and the provided high chair was a big plus for us. Overall would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Well maintained and spacious property in quiet neighborhood close to shopping plaza and beaches. Bikes, boards and beach gear were an asset and much appreciated by teenage kids. Lack of recycling options, especially on a small island like Kauai was unfortunate but this is not a fault of the property. Overall great vacation!

The home was fabulous! I cannot say enough about this property. It was spacious, clean, had every amenity that you could ask for and the games, water gear, etc were such a fantastic bonus. The location was perfect. There is nothing I would change. The owners thought of absolutely everything. I will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay here with another family - it's the perfect set up with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on each floor. We made use of the fully stocked kitchen and outdoor propane grill. The screened in porch was wonderful for afternoon cocktails and morning coffee, although we could hear the neighbors when they were in their backyard. We were grateful for all of the beach equipment, they have everything you need - boogie boards, coolers, chairs, snorkels, etc. The outdoor shower felt so nice after coming back from the beach and super convenient for washing the sand off our kiddos. The cruiser bikes were fun to ride around the neighborhood and we had some epic ping pong battles as well. There is also a pull up bar and some hand weights if you want to get a workout in. Don't miss all the awesome board games in the upstairs bedroom closet! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this house! Thank you!!

We have stayed in a few properties and this by far was the best. The house was spotless and stocked with everything you would need for a fun vacation. Everything from the bikes, beach gear, surf boards, boogie boards and Paddle boards. Plus the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook a meal. The air conditioning in each bedroom is a life saver for those hot humid nights. I look forward to our next visit to Kauai and we will be staying at Deb’s property for sure. My kids were spoiled! This was the perfect property for my family of six (4 teens/pre-teens) and my mother-in-law. Besides extremely comfortable bedrooms and 2 large screen tvs, we enjoyed so many extra amenities that made our stay feel like home. From laundry baskets to board games and of course all the beach gear including straps to tie boards to the roof of the minivan, we lacked for nothing. We also took advantage of the grocery and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this property!

Everything about this property exceeded expectations. Beautifully appointed, comfortable in every way, lovely, quiet neighborhood with excellent access to virtually everything on the North Shore. We especially loved the well-equipped kitchen and having use of the bikes and swim fins. Wonderful! Communication with the property manager was straightforward, courteous and prompt. All told, couldn’t be more pleased!

This property had everything we needed for a great time on Kauai. Having the bikes, paddle boards, inflatable kayaks and everything else made the trip. The house is clean, check in and check out were easy. Wonderful trip and we hope to come back

Really great house that was a perfect home base for our family. Great kitchen and everything you need to prepare your own gourmet meals. Nice open space for all to hang out when it's raining, including game room / garage. Hot tub was a nice treat to come home to after the beach and hikes. The amount of outdoor gear / toys is unbelievable - kayaks, surfboard, bikes, chairs, coolers, just to name a few. Exactly what you would have if you owned your own place in Kauai. You rarely see this much available in any rental property. Deb was very responsive and would highly recommend this property. Thanks for a very memorable family celebration!

We had a group of 8 adults who stayed at the house. Very comfy beds and home was so roomy. This home was the best rental I have stayed at. It was so well stocked- spices, TP, laundry soap, garbage bags, baggies, beach towels, plenty of beach chairs & umbrellas. There was even ingredients that we used to make cookies one night. Property manager responded right away when we had a quick question. Location in a nice neighborhood was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

My husband and I brought our four kids (3 in early twenties) & my dad with us to Princeville. The house was beautiful and allowed plenty of space for us to all be together or have a few minutes alone. We love the beach and spent our days there're, but we are not party people and throughly enjoyed the quiet neighborhood at the end of the day. The location was perfect. The 5 minute drive to Hanalei for the beach, shopping and restaurants was so convenient. The Princeville shopping center was an easy walk or bike ride for coffee or groceries. We enjoyed walking to the Farmer's Market on Saturday at the HOA. At the house, the lanai was my favorite spot each morning with a cup of coffee and a book. The house was stocked with everything I needed in the kitchen, everything we needed for the beach (chairs, cooler, umbrella) & the bonus features of the bikes, the outdoor shower and the hot tub. My oldest son, who surfed all day every day, commented on how beach houses are usually tiny but this house had plenty of space and everything we could have wanted. Even the rainy day was fun at the house with the games and TV. We had one issue with the wifi when we arrived and Deb answered very quickly. Thanks for providing the perfect home for our vacation!

We had a great stay, in a lovely house and a great location.

From bikes to ping pong to snorkeling gear this place has all the recreational equipment you could want. The house was beautiful with generous sized rooms. Walk to the grocery store (or ice cream shop). Bike to the beach. The community is tidy and well organized, our stay quiet and peaceful (aside from the delightful chickens).

Had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful home. Everything we needed was provided. The kitchen was easy to cook Christmas meal in. Lots of space to spread out. Easy walk to the shops/restaurants/grocery store. Would absolutely stay again!!

This house more than exceeded our expectations. Comfy beds, great work from home standup desk setups in each room (if needed), plenty of space in the kitchen/living room and a lovely outdoor lanai area. A/C if needed but mostly just used the fans and enjoyed the natural breeze. The hot tub was a nice touch after a long day of hiking, and they had great extras like beach chairs, towels, standup paddle boards, boogie boards, surfboards & had 6 bikes which were awesome to have for our group. Beautiful neighborhood as well. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had the perfect number of rooms and beds for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. We loved our evening meals together and lounging in the various common spaces (the lanai porch was my favourite spot to drink my morning coffee or afternoon tiki drinks). The kids were entertained by the ping pong table and games (as were us adults; great game selection!). The hot tub, BBQ, and beach equipment were nice bonuses and made our trip so much easier. Excellent location: easy walk to the Foodland and Wylie's beach, and easy drive to Hanalei (and Kauai is such a small island nothing is more than and 2 hr drive away anyway). Highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay and only wished we could’ve stayed longer. The house offered many things to do including a hot tub, puzzles/games, and bikes. The screened in porch was our favorite spot to hang out and offered great views of the property’s lush setting. We also loved being walking distance from a grocery store and lots of great restaurants. We slept most nights with all the windows open as the house gets lots of fresh breezes (which also keep the temperature comfortable!). Just note though that the chickens are chatty in the mornings but I imagine you’ll hear them from anywhere on the island given how prevalent they are. With windows closed and the a/c running, they didn’t wake us up. Overall, a great trip and would recommend the house!
