This home was a wonderful vacation spot for our family. Beautiful decor, fabulous heated pool and proximity to the ocean. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Coming up the drive and seeing the house is impressive and it did not disappoint. The grounds are so pretty and the pool area was wonderful. The security fence definitely added a sense of comfort. The open floor plan upstairs was perfect for our family to enjoy dinner playing games or just hanging out all together. The upstairs master was enormous and nicely appointed. The bedrooms downstairs are also cozy and just right for the kids and not so littles. The location of the house was perfect! Hither Hills Beach is by far one of the nicest beaches and the short ride to town was so nice. We would definitely love to come back. Next year with one more grandbaby 😉

Visited for a wedding. The location was perfect! As we were all very busy with the wedding, we really didn’t get to enjoy the pool area as much as we would’ve liked to except for one morning. The home was Very spacious and the kitchen and outdoor patios were wonderful. We would definitely come back and stay longer next time. Thank you, Diane😊

We loved the house

We had an incredible weekend at this beautiful property. Diane was responsive and the the weather was mild. A perfect time of the year to visit Montauk!!

Unfortunately this property has a severe rodent infestation that made our stay difficult to enjoy. We discovered mouse droppings on every shelf of the pantry, across the kitchen floors and counters, in the couch cushions and in the living room. We also heard them inside the walls, saw several of them run through the kitchen at night, and discovered more mouse droppings in some children’s toys in a closet on the lower level. I had to buy rubber gloves and disinfectant to clean up after all this, then store all our food in coolers and the fridge to keep our items safe, but still we woke up to more droppings every morning. It felt very unsanitary and made us all very uncomfortable, and was not resolved by the host. The house itself is spacious, but the inside is nothing spectacular. The pullout couch that is listed as one of the beds was totally broken, shower curtains were covered in mildew, the shared bathroom shower doesn’t get hot water, there were no hand towels or wash cloths available, a bunch of lights were burnt out, and everything in the kitchen cabinets had a bad smell. Obviously it’s a rental home, so expectations can’t be too high, but in my opinion was way overpriced for how poorly maintained it is. The location, pool and fire pit area are the main highlights of the home.

Our family of four rented the house with another family with small children. We really enjoyed the openness of the house and proximity to the Hither Hills State Park beach and downtown Montauk. Also the pool, outdoor shower and fire pit were awesome. We utilized all the house had to offer and the owners were very responsive. We would definitely consider renting this property again.
