Communication with owners was good. Liked initial tour of their home. You could feel the love they have for their home. Kitchen is well stocked. Views are even better. 2 things I’d say - 1. The driveway, particularly backing out, takes some getting used to. Once you’ve done it several times, it fine. 2. Make sure you know where the light switches are for each room. Just sayin. Neither of the above are meant to take anything away from the house, it’s as amazing as the views. The pictures are accurate Thank you for allowing me the privilege of staying in your home. Our family of four spent a long weekend at Georgio's home and it was wonderful from start to finish. First of all, he met us there to show us around and give us the lay of the land. You can tell how much love he and his wife put into renovating and decorating the place. The entire space is unique, with funky decor and fun little touches everywhere. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the location is fantastic because it's close to so many great sites. And of course, there is the unbelievable view! If you want to feel like you've really gotten away and splurged on a truly special place, this is the rental for you. We will definitely be back!

The house is beautiful, lots of space and very comfortable for our party of 8. The views are amazing, location is private once you enter the gate, and the amenities made this stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Georgio and Kelly are wonderful hosts and put a lot of pride in their home. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in LA.

This home was a Hollywood dream in the hills. It was close to everything, yet private and felt luxurious. The views were incredible and the beds were cozy. The art and decor amazing! I could smell the eucalyptus tree by the back bedroom and the vegetation was delightful!

We had an amazing vacation stay in Geogio and Kelly’s home. It was like living inside the pages of a magazine for a few days. The inside was spacious and the view from the balcony both in the mornings and evenings could not be beat! The location was central to everything we wanted to do from Hollywood to the beaches and Beverly Hills. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods within 2 miles. This will be our go to property in LA for sure!

As advertised, exceeded expectations

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this special home. We loved the décor which has a cozy Hollywood vibe. The beds especially were super comfortable. However, the best thing about this property are the amazing views as soon as you walk in the front door! Downtown LA, the Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood sign are all there. The owners are super responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Giorgio and kelly are excellent hosts- so warm and welcoming, and the place is terrific. Very spacious with super cool design and amenities. Incredible deck and view.

Amazing views - we could even see part of Catalina Island out in the Pacific (late fall and winter in LA are usually the best for views with the clearest air). Loved walking the neighborhood - felt like we were somewhere in Europe with the narrow, hilly, curvy streets. Great for exercise. Very comfortable and lovely house. Roomy kitchen, lots of cooking utensils, pots, baking dishes, pantry staples. King and queen bedroom share a jack-and-jill bathroom on the main level, and there is another full bath unconnected to the bedrooms. Below is the billiards room, another king bedroom, a queen sofa bed in the large hallway, and a full bathroom off the hallway. Beds were very comfortable; didn't use the sofa bed so can't comment on that. Inside the house is a tight spiral stairway to travel between levels - would be difficult for mobility-challenged people. You can also access the lower level by a straight stairway outside.

My girlfriends and I rented Georgio’s place for a weekend away. We had a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and lots of fun girl time in this amazing house. It was a convenient walk to the bowl which was perfect. The deck was our favorite spot and the views were amazing. Plenty of space, beds, and bathrooms, fun downstairs game room area. It’s a gem in the Hollywood hills! Will be our go-to spot for Hollywood bowl concert nights.

All we could say was WOW! This property was perfectly located with astonishing views. It was stylish, yet spacious. This Hollywood home made us feel cozy and comfortable. Oh ya we can't forget to mention the Hosts were super nice and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Communication was excellent and the house was very comfortable with incredible views and decorated in a really fun, eclectic style. The house was clean and well stocked and no detail was over-looked. It was the hottest weekend of the year and the upstairs A/C was not as robust as downstairs; so we spent a lot of our time playing pool downstairs where it was cool. We would stay again in a heart-beat! Thanks again to the owners for sharing this wonderful property!

Arranged check in time with Georgio who provided a walk through of the home with his wife Kelly (Was a very helpful walk through. The tips provided really helped us with our stay). The pictures of the property do no justice to how great the views are from the balcony. Up close and Beautiful views of the Hollywood sign, Griffith Observatory and Downtown LA. Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood in the Hollywood Hills. Close proximity to most everything touristy to do in the area (barring any major LA traffic of course). Very Clean and stylish home which has all the amenities you need. Wife and I stayed with our 2 kids (19 and 14) and they were very happy with the space. We would love to stay here again! We highly recommend this home and loved our stay!!

We were absolutely blown away with our stay here. Giorgio and Kelly were so welcoming and informative. This is one of the most spectacular properties we have stayed in. The pictures really don’t donit justice. The view over LA and the Hollywood sign in the distance over the Griffith observatory is the best in the city I would say. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to experience the LA vibe.

Up close and Beautiful views of the Hollywood sign, Griffith Observatory and Downtown LA. Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood and has the total Hollywood Hills experience! Clean, stylish, has all amenities and then some. Our teens loved having the pool table and smart TVs! When I arrive I was greeted by the host and his wife. I thought it was kind of awkward at first but once inside I truly understood them being there. Once enter I was taken back by the modern decor and he cleanliness of the house. They took me through a detail walk through of the house and when I tell you each floor is just as beautiful as the next I would be lying. They were on call with anything I needed as far as direction and place to eat. I will not give to much detail of this beautiful home. But I will tell you it’s a must rent. Here’s one attraction. I feel like at night I can reach out and grab the Hollywood sign.

This Hollywood home is gorgeous and comfortable. The location was perfect to be on our own on the hillside but right next to everywhere we wanted to go. The view was just amazing to look at while we relaxed and decided where we wanted to go next. We did play pool at the pool table and all the beds were extremely comfortable. Undoubtably we will stay here next time we are in the area. It’s wonderful to find a spot the exceeds our expectations.
