Close to beach and had own pool

Single beds not comfortable for tall teenagers

The location was great with plenty of beach access! Chairs and umbrella set up was wonderful. Pool and bar was nice with great service from the staff.

Rooms and facilities were tired. You can tell the place is old and desperately needs a refresh. Beds were so worn that there was literally indentation in all the mattresses.

Proximity to very nice beach and easy driving distance to restaurants and shops . Handy Convenience store and good restaurant/bar next door

Next to water treatment facility, sometimes sulfury smell permeated the air in courtyard areas near entrance. We were charged $150 on arrival as an energy surcharge. This was not mentioned when I made my booking

Villas are spacious, easily accommodating our family of five. Nice to have a kitchen to prepare coffee, breakfast, lunches. Very nice beach and pools. Staff was very friendly. We had a car and had no issues parking.

Garden villas don't have much of a view. Beginning to look dated. Bedding was worn and low quality. Few dining options outside of a 20+ minute walk towards Atlantis. Lots of stray cats on the property.

THE RESPONSE TO THE MINOR MAINTENACE REQUEST WAS BAD. TOOK MORE THAN HALF WAY TO OUR STAY JUST TO GET THE TV REMOTES IN THE 2 BEDROOMS SYNCHED WITH THE TVS. ALSO, THE LADY WHO WAS SCHEDULED TO CLEAN OUR VILLA WAS NOT THE BEST. ONLY CHANGE OF TOWELS AND GARBAGE WAS EMPTIED (WHICH WE EMPTIED MOST OF THE TIME OURSELVES. WE HAD FAMILY IN ANOTHER VILLA, AND THEIR HOUSEKEEPER CHANGED THIER SHEETS AND DID THOROUGH CLEANING

Great location. Villas are located at the beautiful Cabbage beach.

Prices of food and drinks are too high.

TV reception was terrible. WIFI almost non-existent.
