The unit was excellent. The issue was my husband is a 65-year-old senior and did not enjoy caring 200 pounds of luggage upstairs given there was no elevator.

As a concert enthusiast I look for a place that is close to the venue (yes) has a good check in time and check out time (yes) is clean with plenty of towels and might even offer coffee in house (yes!). We had a great time and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Overall, pleasant stay. The location was walkable to restaurants and some attractions. The host provided all the essentials. The are about three flights of stairs to the condo and the walls are thin. Welcome to urban living. I would book again.

We really appreciated all the thoughtful little touches- plenty of linens, coffee, snacks, etc. It's great stepping in and immediately feeling comfortable.
The location is very convenient and walkable to everything downtown. The exposed brick is lovely and makes the property interesting. Like any older building there's a bit more noise transmission between units on the floor than in a new construction, but won't be an issue unless you're sound-sensitive.

The property is great. The price is great. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Extremely convenient (walking distance) to restaurants and shopping downtown. Street parking in front of building on weekend is free. We left on Monday morning and the meter maid was there a 8am giving tickets, I was able to head her off, so be aware of the time. Highly recommend this rental.

After a day of travel, this condo was a welcome sight. Once settled in, we hit the town to see the park and Elm Street eateries. The city is very friendly and easy to navigate and walk. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed! Everything is nicely designed - with an interesting view out the windows!!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond, answering a couple questions I had. The apartment was clean, welcoming, and attractive with all the little extras I could hope for. It truly is the most ideal, central location for exploring downtown. Parking is very close by and was surprisingly affordable. More restaurants, shops, bars, and venues than a weekend could possibly even scratch the surface of. I will definitely be coming back for future bookings!

We had a good experience except no one could sleep on the pull out couch bed. The mattress was too uncomfortable. The location was close to everything and we were even able to walk to some events.

This rental definitely has everything you need for a home away from home stay. We appreciate how clean the condo was and that cleaning supplies were readily available so we could tidy up during our week stay. We definitely recommend.

Great stay - ideal location
Everything was great - Karen responded promptly to questions before our arrival and was so helpful. Check-in was easy. The location is perfect - street parking outside, short walk to downtown restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, modern and as shown in photos.

If you are ever planning a trip to Greensboro I recommend this property. Very clean, comfortable and well provisioned. The location is great within walking distance of some really great restaurants. The property manager immediately responded to questions during the booking process and our stay. I can't wait to visit again.

Overall, the place is nice for a short trip. My only complaint is that it smelled terribly of stale cigarettes. It was very clean otherwise. We put dryer sheets up near the all of the vents and around the rooms, and it really helped with the smell.
