This condo was a great place to stay in La Quinta, CA. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was in good condition. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the nice view on the comfortable deck. Legacy Villas, the condo complex, was close to grocery shopping and to Old Town. The pools were nice and scattered around the property. The main pool was really full and busy but it was a hot holiday weekend. Other weekends may not be as busy. The smaller pools were less crowded. Skip was helpful and responded to text messages promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay! The location is great with views of the mountain and close to a pool. The property manager was very attentive and easy to communicate with.

We fully enjoyed our stay in this big and beautiful villa. We had a few things that didn't work and Skip was great about helping to remedy them. The villa and community have all the amenities you could ask for and the grounds are gorgeous! Highly recommend!!

Great location & amenities at LaQuinta. VRBO was very clean, comfy beds, kitchen well equipped. Set-up was great for 3 couples as everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Living area, kitchen and dining all spacious for 6 adults. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this wonderful condo for 3 weeks and loved, loved it! It was much larger in person than we expected and there were so many great things about it including the 3 gas fireplaces. It was chilly outside, and they were awesome to cozy up to. The 3 bedrooms are very spacious and beds are really comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked, there is even a basket full of beach towels. Sitting on the decks was really fun and there is plenty of seating to spread out. Furniture was very dusty, but seeing the frequent dust storms, we can understand why. We just spread out the beach towels on the seats. The complex is large and gated, and we felt very safe there. Easy to walk around with a trail on the outside of the complex in the back, right up against the mountains. Lots of pools and hot tubs so you can take your pick. The one adjacent to us was never crowded and you couldn't really hear people unless you were outside. If you like biking, you can go directly out the gated front entrance and bike down to the Bear Creek Trailhead. We especially loved how quiet it was. We slept like rocks. Skip is great to work with too. We REALLY didn't want to leave. Highly recommend.

The manager, Skip, was quick to respond to my questions and very helpful. The condo was spotless, nice linens and comfortable beds. The kitchen was very nicely stocked. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed the fitness facility. I highly recommend Legacy Villas and would love to come back.

The most beautiful wedding I've ever been to at La Quinta Country Club. Legacy Villas was amazing an and beautiful and we had the best time our entire wedding party stayed at the different units there. Will return La Quinta for sure and we really loved Legacy Villas.

Short walk to multiple pools. Very well stocked kitchen. Lovely balcony. Most importantly, the unit was clean. Would recommend, and would stay again!

Had an awesome stay! Loved the house was so close to the pool and that there were plenty of pots and pans for us to cook! Will definitely be back!

Our family of 17 rented 3 villas in the complex and it was an amazing experience for everyone. Parents, kids and 9 grandkids. We will definitely come here again.

This is a great unit. The communication with Skip was excellent before, and throughout our stay. We had a few concerns (washing machine and TV) that were all immediately addressed even though it was a weekend! We loved the 2nd floor location, and started each day on the balcony, enjoying a gorgeous view of bright sunlight on the mountain behind swaying palm trees. The proximity to Old Town La Quinta was a big plus. Great restaurants, shopping and Farmers Market without having to compete with the Palm Desert traffic. Traders Joes is right up the road, too! The whole Legacy Villa compound is a nice place to walk and relax. The Four Seasons Hotel and restaurants are a very walkable distance away, too. We had a delightful stay!

Overall the unit was clean and well-outfitted. Very shady on deck. There is a long walk to the parking area with no assigned space.
