The bed pillow is terribly soft and I suffered a injured shoulder muscle since my head sink into the pillow instead of supporting, The toilet exhaust fan does not work. when it was reported to the counter, a guy came at night to check and confirmed it was not working. Next day a technician lied to their office that the exhaust fan is working. Actually he did not check the room at all. The following night , the counter staff came and confirm it was not working and the technician lied. The hotel manager was not bothered to get the matter resolved. The water pump was so loud that all the rooms (3 ) we booked, could not sleep well. When we ask to change one room, they lied they are fully booked. when I threaten to complained in facebook. They could come up with 2 rooms to offer. The staff is dishonest. The Manager is not customer friendly. The technician is a lies and neglect his work.

The location is strategic and there is plenty of parking space. I would love to praise the staff for his amazing assistance. I got a room that doesn't have any electric supplies, and he asked me to stay at another room. Appreciate it. Thanks
There is no mart nearby, but a Bangladesh shop. The pillow is not comfy at all and there is no bathroom floor mat. That's it

Jacuzzi very suit for couple to stay
Towel was very dirty. And the jacuzzi without maintenance. When open too long time of the jacuzzi the electricity will breakdown. Have to request staff to open and reception staff unhelpful to say must request between 10am-6pm. After 6pm we can't even help you to open the electricity.

Japanese styled rooms-clean and comfortable...
ideal location if travelling to factories in Ulu Tiram...
-Windowless even though I paid a mid range priced room

-Poor Wifi and coverage in the room-suggest add an extender...

The room was cozy. There is a water station at the lobby for me to fill up my drinking bottles. The lobby was also bright and nice.

The bed was comfortable and amenities were provided. The AC is super cold. Good and value of money for basic 1 night stay, not for those that are fussy about cleanliness.

50RM is required as a deposit. There was one flickering light bulb but I am not too bothered.
The room is completely not soundproof so I could hear everything that happens outside my room
I indicated 3-4pm check in but the room was not ready even after 4pm. The room was obviously hastily cleaned with unclean pillow cases, hair strands on the bed, and soapy thuds on the floor. Some wire on the floor was exposed too. The staff was very polite when I requested new sheets.

Friendly & Helpful Staff
The door latches need to be replaced because the majority rooms spoiled and about security & safety issues. However, the door slows closer to service or change as well, More guests forgot to hold and release, especially at midnight, able to hear clearly with bang sound .

Location was not bad, however not particularly quiet rooms are not soundproof.
Staff was helpful however not most professional. they were seen smoking right infront of entrance.
Room was not well equipped, shower heads are all broken, glass and mirror have molds. The room had instant coffee with no kettle prepared.

the concept so minimal which is so good looking
the cleanliness. every corner inside my room was moldy and toilet bowl also have moldy. some wallpaper have torn and got spider web at the corner of ceiling which is looked like the room not use for long time

I've booked a few rooms for my family and generally the stay was pleasant. I would like to thank the super friendly staff Dinesh, who has helped to arrange 2 connecting rooms for the family rooms and attend to our requests prior to the weekends stay. Location was good as it was closed to the family event that took place over the weekends.
2 of the twin rooms booked were having a leaking pipe in the toilet which resulted in the disturbed night for my parents and my sister and aunt. It would be good if all the facilities are checked for the functionality during the daily cleaning before the next check in of the day.

2. found 2 hairs underneath the quilt.
3. mirror lighting keep blinking.
4. lobby main entrance floor mat is too far from the entrance, almost felt down because heavy rain out there.
