Good location, and very central LA. Close to most attractions like the Hollywood Blvd, Griffith Observatory, The Grove, etc.

Not the address in the booking. The property photos when we booked the property was not at all similar to the property assigned to us few hours before our stay. It was an okay property – but I think the photos in booking.com looked better. No WIFI throughout our stay. The staff said there is an outage in the area but our devices can detect wifi from adjacent units. It wasn’t like the wifi router can be detected and there isn’t any internet – our devices cannot even detect the wifi router that was given in the instructions. Garage remote does not work. Car garage door remained open throughout our stay. It was not the garage clicker, because if it’s a clicker issue then the neighbours sharing the garage door would be able to close it.

Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for the whole family! 5 bedrooms smoothly accommodated my family of 6; also 4 bathrooms conveniently served our needs!

Rooms were relatively small, some of the beds had no head support at all! Furniture is a bit dated, however, bathrooms were better! Amenities were limited! Parking was a problem for a large SUV, wouldn’t fit in the garage! Messages take a long time to be responded to sometimes , and had some issues receiving my packages due to wrong address provided on the site! (You have to contact them in advance for any expected packages)!

Grosse arnaque!!! À fuir de toute urgence... L'adresse correspond à un particulier qui habite le logement. Il a déjà signalé à la police de los Angeles que son adresse est utilisée par des escrocs. Je suis en procédure avec Booking mais à ce jour je n'ai pas encore été remboursée. Nous avons dû trouver un logement en urgence avec nos 5 enfants à 19h! Double frais.... 😡

An sich eine schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kühlschrank alles vorhanden. Kochen kann man auch. Man kommt gut mit dem Bus zum Walk of Fame. Ein TG Parkplatz ist dabei, erfordert etwas suche. Haupteingang und Aufzug nur mit Code zugänglich. Abends Sicherheitspersonal vorhanden.

Das Bett und das Schlafsofa sind eine absolute Katastrophe. In dem Bett kann man nicht zu zweit schlafen weil es so durchgelegen ist, das man sich quasi in der Mitte trifft. Das Schlafsofa hat eine Federkernmatratze wo man jede einzelne Feder merkt. Von einem guten Schlaf ist man weit entfernt. Nach Beanstandung haben wir ein neues Klappbett bekommen mit einer normalen Matratze. Die Unterkunft sollte, allein aufgrund der negativen Bewertungen Geld in die Hand nehmen und alle Matratzen austauschen. Es war wirklich eine Zumutung. Mein Mann mit seinem operierten Bandscheibenvorfall hatte wirklich zu tun, ständig wacht man auf. Und dafür dann knapp 500€ bezahlen ist schon heftig für 3 Nächte. Von der Unterkunft gibt es fußlöufig leider nicht viel. Obdachlose halten sich glaub in jeder Gegend auf. Aufgrund der extrem schlechten Betten kann und werd ich die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Not very clean as other reviews suggested. Yes I have read the reviews before making the choice, somehow disappointing! Sofa bed is especially gross, also very uncomfortable, floor would be better than the mattress. Also grey towels and bedding just don’t scream clean, found one of the bath mat in the dryer, so my guess would be all linens are washed in the washer in apartment rather than professionally bleached and cleaned. During our stay(8 days) no toiletries were refilled, any enquiries can only contact staff through calls or msg (god forbid if you don’t have a US number while you on holiday there?!) is either not answered or ignored. Raised issue about the dirty and unbearable sofa bed upon arrival and nothing was done although promised to send someone to check. I would not recommend unfortunately.

Struttura pulita con posizione strategica. Perfetta per 4 persone viste le due camere con bagno all’interno. Presente anche cucina con tutto il necessario e lavanderia. Parcheggio molto comodo all’interno di un box annesso all’appartamento.

Not much at all

The place was infested with ants and the ants got in our suitcase and food. They didnt fix the issue when we were there and then would not give us a discount for the damages we experienced with our cloths and food. In addition, the customer service was very rude to us. This was one of the worst stays we every had.

The place is was very clean and spacious, aircon worked OK, there we kitchen utensils, cutlery, etc.

Wifi almost never worked, ended up relying on my roaming data most of the time - this also meant we couldn't use the TV properly Showers are really bad, you spend ages trying to get the water temperature right and mostly end up showering in lukewarm water at best.

Because of my original place owner did not show up, I had to find the new place within short period of time. They responded very quickly and detailed instructions had been shared. Property was new and clean. You can walk to the Starbucks or brunch place as well.

Circulation fan noise was quite loud in the nights.

Great location in a good neighborhood. Great communication with the staff. Amazing view from the balcony. Cutest neighbor dogs.

LA is spread out and this place was right in the middle.

Secure property. Excellent facilities that included a washer dryer, cooking facilities oven and microwave. Very clean.

There were no instructions for the heating/cooling or TV. The mattress was uncomfortable.

It was spacious, the kitchen was very neat, the bed was nice and soft.

The sofa could have been more comfortable. If the sofa was changed to a convertible bed instead, it would have been superior.

L’appartement est spacieux et confortable

J’ai réservé à une adresse pour laquelle j’ai reçu confirmation et me suis retrouvé dans un autre appartement sous prétexte que le premier était complet. Le samedi soir l’appartement se trouvant juste au dessus d’une boîte de nuit nous avons eu droit à la musique jusqu’au dimanche matin.

Great security of building and car park. Modern building. Location was central for sightseeing. Pillows were bedsheet thin but new ones supplied same day upon request minus pillow covers

Let down by basic poor quality supplies. We had to go Target to buy basic supplies. For example, bought towels as supplied towels were tiny. Bedding was limited Bathroom door wouldn't stay shut or lock. Reported this issue and was told someone would fix it but wasn't resolved. Shower motion lights would turn off 10 minutes into a shower

preciso destacar alguns pontos. o endereço fornecido no Booking não é o endereço do apartamento. eles mandaram o endereço certo mas não destacaram que era diferente do booking então eu não me atentei. a localização é pior. Eu teria trocado a reserva. cuidado com isso. o Wi-Fi não funcionou. o apt é todo inteligente e dependente de Wi-Fi. eles me deram a senha de outro apt vizinho. funcionou mas não tão bem. eles me mandaram um e-mail quase grosseiro ameaçando multa pq eu tinha parado o carro em vaga que não era minha. olhei todas as mensagens e emails, nunca me falaram que tinha vaga marcada na garagem. é preciso atenção a esse ponto.

Getting into the car space was very difficult with a large SUV and the neighbour hood looked a little scary. We were safe though.

L'appartamento è nuovo, molto tecnologico, confortevole e accessoriato benissimo e in ottima posizione.

Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà con il check in perché fisicamente non siamo mai riusciti ad avere contatti diretti in presenza e poichè ci era stata cambiata la struttura da quella che originariamente ci era stata assegnata abbiamo perso del tempo prima che tutto fosse risolto. La cosa che invece è andata storta nei servizi e lo WiFi. Non ha funzionato fin dal primo momento e non sono stati in grado di risolvere questo problema in 4 giorni di nostra permanenza. Quindi pessimo servizio per questo. Dovrete poi cavarvela discretamente con l'inglese altrimenti la gestione del Check In è tutte le mail che vi arriveranno (a cui dovrete interagire) tra codici di porta esterna, garage, ascensore e appartamento vi faranno stressare.

As it said was close to a lot of places to visit also some in walking distance. Very spacious and fully equipped with everything you need

Unfortunately it took awhile for the hot water to come through for showers. Also us brits like our tea,so we like larger cups/mugs have to say they were small with odd handles which were hard for myself as I have Parkingson disease to hold and use.

Though the location was fraudulent (i.e. NOT what was listed when we paid on Booking.com), the home itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice amenities were added such as snacks and slippers.

EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE bait and switch of locations. We thought we were staying at the Ridgewood address listed on Booking.com and booked the place because of its location. Two days before arriving, we were sent a different address and were in a completely different neighborhood and area. The website listing is inaccurate -- correct addresses of each location need to be listed. Buyer, beware!
