Location was great

Our ladies (14 of us) . . had a wonderful time at MIGHTY BIG BEAR. We have only one complaint and that is that we only had four days to stay there!! The location was great. We were safe, close to the parkway, The layout was great! Beds were comfortable! AC, hot water, water pressure, everything was great! We would love to come back!

We stayed for the weekend for my SIL birthday along with some other friends. We enjoyed everything about the cabin. There was plenty of room for the 13 of us.

Very centrally located. Cabins a bit tight but overall a great property that our family thoroughly enjoyed.

We had a group of 12 staying in the cabin; 8 adults and 4 kiddos ages 6-10. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The kids LOVED having the basement area pretty much to themselves while the adults were upstairs. With 6 bedrooms and so many bathrooms, there was plenty of space for everyone! We loved sitting all together at the huge dining room table and outside on the decks/porches. Having two hot tubs was also a bonus! The only things that could be improved upon: - more seating in the living room - more utensils in the kitchen (things to make food .. not eat with) - the construction across the street starts pretty early and is loud (woke us up on multiple days during our week long stay).

The property was nicer than many rentals I have stayed in. It isn't overly warn down and it doesn't look like 5 years of parties happened on a weekly basis. In fact, a neighbor had a large party and the police shut it down before 11pm so it definitely isn't a party neighborhood. Staying for an entire week, I don't understand why only 2 rolls of toilet paper is considered sufficient. For the amount it costs to rent the place, a few more rolls doesn't seem like too much to ask. The kitchen is overall well stocked with essentials and then some, except only one partial roll of paper towels and limited dishwasher detergent. The dining room table is permanently sticky like it was poorly varnished or something. It was impossible to clean and our park map was ruined when it became stuck to the table. Guests are not trusted to control the thermostat. You have to text the host to get the temperature to change which they responded to quickly but I didn't like not being trusted to control the darn thermostat myself. The master bedroom unfortunately shares a bathroom with another room. The master bedroom also doesn't have a closet, why no closet? So weird. I'm picky so please take that into consideration. Overall the cabin was good for our family trip of 11 people from 6-71 years old. It's location was convenient and the road isn't too steep. There are a lot of new cabins being built on the street so there is some construction noise during the day. No yard at all, just 3 porches.

This was a celebration of my 50th birthday and Mother's Day. They fell on the same day this year and my mom's birthday was in February too, so it was a combination celebration and it was absolutely wonderful. The cabin is absolutely gorgeous and we actually saw a bear walk into the woods while we were on the balcony on our last evening there. Loved the cabin!!

Our stay was great. Yvette was the best host. Very informative and attentive to our needs. Will definitely use her again!

The house was just as shown. They stayed in communication at all time's. All repairs where fixed within a couple hours. I would definitely recommend this host an this home. Very easy check in and check out.

The house was a great place for our family with 6 small kids and 6 adults.

I rented this cabin for a first time visit to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood area for our family of 13 with ages ranging from 6-71. It was a great fit for our family with the three levels of bedrooms and space for everyone to chill out! We loved the two hot tubs and used them almost every evening! The location is very close to town and we found it very easy to find things to keep us busy. Yvette was very helpful and easy to work with. The only issue we had was that we didn't have time to do everything we wanted to do! The 15 hour drive was exhausting on us old folks! If you have a large group that likes room to spread out this is the cabin for you!

We had a great time during our family Spring Break trip in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, TN area. Our stay at the Mighty Big Bear was a big part of the great experience. The house is close to all attractions. It's conveniently located, but off the beaten path enough to make it quiet and relaxing. We'd definitely recommend this property to a family looking for a Gatlinburg vacation. It's had everything we wanted for our stay.

Yvette was awesome we had a few issues, but resolved immediately and then she went above and beyond to make up for it. On satellite the road looks flat, but it’s not thankfully we had good weather, but if your coming with bad weather would need chains to get up road. Centrally located to everything, yet tucked away enough to feel your in the mountains. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful time making memories with family! The large TV downstairs was a big hit watching football. Didn’t need to leave the cabin to entertain the kids.

We enjoyed ourselves. House I very nice. I had one small issue and was able to speak with the property manager about and it was handled. Thanks again

We had 4 generations getting together and this house was perfect. Big dining table to seat a crowd. 3 levels so younger folks could get away and older folks could have quiet. The hot tubs were fantastic. And lastly, the location was great. Wears Valley Road dumps out right in the middle of the strip but you don’t have to deal with all that traffic to go to the store. The owner was very communicative and helpful. 5 stars all the way.

Wonderful property for 10 adults and 10 children. Great sleeping accommodations. Plenty of hang out space. 2 hot tubs a big hit. Front porch and swing was fun. Pool table nice extra. TVs were great. Great kitchen table. Extra fridge downstairs was very needed. Overall a very enjoyable 4 night stay!!

So many bathrooms. When we arrived the refrigerator was barely cold. I text the property manager and she got back fast. She said that’s something that happens since it wasn’t in use before us. We ended up getting a cooler and ice because we had groceries we didn’t want to lose. By the am the fridge was cold to add the groceries. It was a good stay.

This is an amazing cabin. We were a total of three families with teenage/college age kids. The layout was perfect allowing everyone common areas to mingle while at the same time quiet areas for those who needed down time. The cabin is centrally located allowing time to enjoy the Smoky Mountain hikes as well as the cities for various activities. Summer is busy in TN yet the cabin was perfect for us to cook/grill as well as enjoy take out meals. The hosts have thought of everything with the extra amenities! Thank you for your hospitality and for sharing your treasured cabin! We had an awesome time!

We had a wonderful time with 6 adults and 1 teenager. We had plenty of room for everyone. The cabin was easy to access and close to everything in Pigeon Forge. We had a great time playing pool, video games, and enjoying the hot tubs. We enjoyed the front and back porches. The owner contacted us several times to make sure everything was fine. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Thank you!

The check in process was smooth sailing! The owner response time was immediate! Everything was clean and comfortable for any family! Great location as well!

The cabin was nice but all the essentials where really old and cheap.

Our group had a fantastic time. The cabin was beautiful. It was located in a perfect spot. There were a few minor issues but the host responded in a timely manner. Only things that I would like to see is a bigger washer/dryer and more space to put trash. With our large party, we had to find a place to take the trash after the garbage cans were filled.

We loved our stay in this beautiful cabin. It was warm and cozy as well as convenient to the Parkway. The owner was extremely attentive wanting to assure our stay was perfect. We will be staying here again!
