It was so fun and sweet! The host were amazing, the property was exactly what we needed as a family of 5! It was an excellent location, great parking (which is so nice for Duluth)! I would highly recommend and will be back next year!

We found the space very clean, the kitchen and bath well appointed, and the location just perfect for our visit to Duluth. The hosts are experienced hosts and it shows. No longer youthful, I would have preferred more plush mattresses, sofa, and chair on which to rest. They were too thin and unsupportive for me. Visitors should be aware that this is a single, open space, with no walls between the sitting area and two beds. Some additional instructions for the TV and AC units would help. The deck space is lovely, and dedicated parking is great on such a busy street.

This was the perfect little studio for our family. The space was small but provided us with everything we needed. The location was great! Close enough to walk to the beach and Canal Park. The on-demand water heater was a nice bonus with 6 of us showering! Would have been nice to have some extra garbage bags and kitchen wash cloths and towels. But that is my only critique. Everything else was great!!

Good Location to enjoy Duluth area. We were visiting for a family wedding at Park Point Beach house, had adult children with us. I didn’t notice there was no separation in the sleeping area, but my family kept a kind attitude to my not seeing that and we used the small space 3nights. Be sure you realize this space is very European in feel.

We travel back to Duluth each year to spend a few days as I grew up there and my daughters really enjoy the lake and atmosphere of Duluth. We found this place vs staying in hotel and it was perfect for us. We basically rode our bikes all over and enjoyed Canal Park and Park Point from this perfectly placed home. Thank you!

We just booked our third stay here, we love the simplicity of the location. It allows us to spend so much less time traveling to all the fun things in Canal Park and super easy access to the North Shore. We love walking to the beaches on both sides of Park Point. So much fun, keeps the kids busy and entertained! Hosts are gracious and welcoming. Thank you! See you next year!

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend exploring Duluth and the north shore. We loved staying at Park Point! The location was great and easy access to everything we wanted to do and see in the area. It was exceptionally clean and we felt right at home. Would highly recommend!

The listing shows a picture of a full house as well as a title of "Park Point Getaway - Modern - New" in large letters. When we arrived it was a studio loft apartment without actual bedrooms, just 2 beds in the living room with a shower curtain separating the areas. I reread the small print on the listing and indeed the listing isn't technically wrong, it just grossly misrepresents what the property actually is.
There shouldn't be a picture of an entire house if the actual rental is a studio loft, and somewhere in the bold large print headline the words "loft" and/or "studio" should appear.

Such a sweet and perfect place to stay while in town to celebrate our son's wedding! Handy to get to everywhere we needed to be and perfectly clean. Love the little touches; tiny ducks to find, chocolates, coffees, and teas in a bowl, etc.

This property was very clean, beds were very comfortable, towels were plentiful, furniture and decor was new and comfortable.
There is no separate sleeping space except for a curtain that can be drawn between the 2 queen beds and bathroom and the living/dining/kitchen space.
It worked for us very well and we plan to return.

It was a very nice spot. Updated and in a great location. This is a open concept property with no actual bedrooms. There is a kitchen that flows into a sitting area that flows into the area the beds are located. The beds were comfy.

You can tell the owners have experience in the hospitality industry as the apt has everything you need for a comfortable stay with the addition of perks such as coffee, water and a few snacks greeting you on arrival. The location is great, easy access to Canal Park but the peace and quiet of the beach. We enjoyed the pretty view from the back deck watching the boats on the water, and could hear the waves on Lake Superior at night. Excellent option for enjoying all that Duluth has to option and it was easy to hop on the highway and head to the North Shore.

My family of 5 (2 adults, kids aged 9, 9, and 12) really enjoyed our stay here! Much better than a standard hotel room for us. Reasonable amount of in-home amenities and space for us to dine in for some meals of our 2-day stay. We appreciated the provided toiletries as I forgot to pack shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The level 2 car charger worked great for fully charging our F150 Lightning overnight (we drove from the St. Paul suburbs). The only downside we found was the TV audio was not in sync with the picture. Location of this home was super convenient and my kids liked that we had to drive over the bridge every time we arrived or left.

I took some time to enjoy Duluth and the north shore in autumn. This was the perfect place to to do both. Quick access to to the scenic highway heading north and also to the restaurants and activities in Duluth.

Lovely, quiet and super clean little apt. Easy access with a nice sitting area at top of stairs for an evening glass of wine to watch the inner harbor and boats.
