Weather was awesome, location was very central, and house was as presented. Would have liked a little more seating in the back yard, but other that everything was great.

We booked this property for the weekend of the half Ironman in Tempe. The location was perfect for the event and made getting to and from all of the necessary spots very easy. Would definitely recommend for a family looking for a comfortable and convenient spot for the full Ironman.

This is a great house. Lots of room. Clean kitchen and bathrooms. Beds very comfortable. Wonderful back yard though it was a bit too hot (116°) when were stayed ti be outside but will definitely be back.

Very clean home rental in a great area. House is fully equipped with everything you’ll need and the beds were very comfortable. The back yard is great for dogs and a good hang out spot.

We just needed a little getaway for the weekend. We had a totally relaxing time and had so much fun in the wonderful yard!

This place was fantastic! The house itself is spacious with a nice floor plan. The hot tub was amazing, and the yard was perfect! The management company was incredible too! I would highly recommend this place for a mini vacation or whatever you need!

Short stay for the Super Bowl: this place was as advertised, clean, neat and convenient. The beds were comfortable , kitchen wasn’t used but appeared to be well stocked

This was perfect for what we needed this weekend. Moving my son into college dorm this weekend. It’s a 6-7 minute drive to campus. Property manager texted and let us know she was available if we needed anything. We had to change out plans last minute due to our house/pet sitter canceling so we brought our pups. We will definitely be renting this again when we come to visit our kiddo at colleg

Truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The location in Tempe was easily accessible to a number of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and freeway access. Very quiet and private! Traveled with two teens who enjoyed their privacy in their rooms with the TVs and super comfy beds.

It is not surrounded by student rentals like some other parts of Tempe. Everything has been recently updated or completely renovated. The kitchen is well equipped and there are inside and outside dining tables. Everything was clean and the beds comfortable. After a minor delay in getting information about check-in (due to a glitch in the management company's computer) communication was fine. They were also accommodating about adding an extra day when we decided to extend our stay. Overall, a recommended property!
