The hotel is super clean The bed and pillows very comfy Very good location Coffee pod machine in the room (and microwave) Totally recommended!

The air conditioner heating was somehow strange because it functions strongly for 5mins then stops for 15mins. So it fails to keep a stable temp. Also some amenities were missing (earbuds, slippers) However, in general we had a very pleasant stay!

The breakfast was ok, not a lot of options just processed carbs. The location is fantastic and staff are friendly.

The room had no closet or storage for clothes and no safe.

It was right across the street from the casino. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Room was clean, shower was great, parking is covered. No overall complaints.

I was tired of driving for many hours until I asked the receptionist if I could park my vehicle until waiting for check-in while I walked around and do my own tours. On top of that, I felt the receptionists were all exceptional and very friendly. They oriented me about taking the tours and nice walks. The best place to stay, brand new, and clean. Of course, I like the interior design and pleasant atmosphere. The casino is not far from there either. I would come back again.

Close to the Falls

Constantly asking for towels, they were stingy with that. Also the cards get deactivated for no reason and had to check up front again when I couldn't open my door.

The hotel is close to the waterfalls and places to eat. There's a really nice aroma throughout the premises.

The person assigned to clean the room would only replace some of the towels and do nothing else.

Enjoyed the 2-night stay as a family of three. It is clean, comfortable and located in a quiet and safe area. The location is in a short walking distance from the Niagra Falls. The room is equipped with all required amenities like coffee maker, safety box, clean towels. Ther is adequate parking next to the hotel. The staff is friendly and cooperative.

Great location. Around 10 min walk to the Niagara Falls State Park. The facilities are great as well. Good value for money.

good size room, good appearance and good location. One amazing thing was the staff. First the honesty of the housemaid in handing in my iPad, then the staff member who went out of their way to deliver it to the train station before the train left. Thank you very much.
