We absolutely loved our stay here for the weekend. Pool was awesome and plenty of space for 10 of us. It had everything we needed, and the location was great too!

This house was so much fun to spend the weekend at. We hosted my friends bachelorette party here and Karen was super understanding about everything. She got back to me right away with any questions I had. The house was very clean and big enough to fit a group of 14 adults. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

We stayed here with our adult children for a music festival. When finding a place to stay, the most important thing for me is always cleanliness. This house was spotless! It also had a great layout for our family with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has literally everything you need from tons of dishes and cookware to napkins and paper towels. The beverage fridge was a great bonus, too. The beds are extremely comfortable and there were an abundance of towels. Everyone loved the pool and the outside deck was spacious and lovely. Even though our kids are in their 20's, they loved discovering the secret reading room!! We highly recommend this house and hope to be back again.

This place is amazing. We gathered a variety of people for my daughter’s wedding. This home has so many spaces for intimate conversations as well as large group gatherings. The great room was a fabulous place for playing cards or board games, watch tv, or just chat with lots of space. The basement area movie space was a nice spot to cool down, catch a film, or chat. The upstairs large bedroom and bathroom were fabulous (as the parents, we nabbed this luxurious sleeping area). There are 4 bedrooms, so sleeping spaces are shared when large groups stay. It brought people together and many laughs were had during the sleep time. Adult “children” of the wedding party relived childhood memories. Two bedrooms had a bunk bed (full lower bed, twin upper bed) and a trundle bed to pull out, if needed. Lower bedroom (seemed full size mattress) and basement had a variety of futons/daybeds in one large space. People stated that the beds were comfortable. The deck and pool were way bigger I viewed in the home’s listing. The bridal party loved to sit and have a good time by the fire. Lastly, the place had all the extras for making the gathering a home. Cooking supplies, crock pots/nesco, platters, plates…you name it, they had what we needed to make food prep easy…which helped save money. It was a fully stocked house. Caretakers were very responsive and wonderful. I would 100% recommend this place to others. Each person that came was wowed by what they saw. ❤️

My family was in town for my grandson's baptism. The house was perfect for us! We stayed in the house most of the time. Cooked all of our meals in the awesome kitchen, played games and swam in the pool multiple times. The pool was nice and warm :) This house far exceeded my expectations! It was much bigger than I thought it was going to be and very well stocked. Looking forward to staying at this house again in the future!!!!

Great stay! Comfy beds, awesome kitchen, great showers, and super fun pool. Extremely clean. Had one minor issue but it was resolved early the next morning by the handyman. Would love to stay here again. Thank you!

The house is absolutely beautiful and the pool is amazing! We have a big family and a wide variety of ages and everyone has a blast! We have stayed 3 times!

We have stayed here in the past and the grandkids remember “our” pool. Always well stocked and easy to get to.

We had to come last minute for a funeral and, due to Jazz Fest, nothing smaller was available that was pet friendly. So we booked this house, which we have always been curious about. Although it was a bit large for 2 of us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host, Karen, was always available and answered almost immediately when I had a question. The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated with so much provided for guests to use. We would recommend it in a heartbeat. I would definitely consider booking again if my daughter, adult grandkids and I come for a summer visit.

Great second stay at this awesome swim friendly property! Very CLEAN! Decor is fun! Abundantly stocked kitchen! Great spaces to gather and spaces to relax! I’m not good with stairs so the Grandparents could stay on the main level with all the amenities for a great family gathering!

We loved our time at Karen’s house so much last year we had to come back this year. Our family had an amazing weekend staying at Karen’s house again this year. Karen is AMAZING! The house is perfect for all 14 of us. We had room to spend time as a family and room far enough away if the little ones needed quite time. The house is very clean and very well stocked. Like last year 5 stars are just not enough for Karen and her team.

Another amazing trip to the "Pool house"! I'm not sure you can improve on the warm beautiful pool, big kitchen and all of the open spaces! We'll be back for sure! Thank you!

My family, my mom, and my sister's family all stayed this weekend -- and we absolutely loved our time. The house was extremely clean and clearly a lot of work went into making everything look so nice. The place had everything we needed and several "extras" -- a defogging mirror, lockers, a hotel-like Roku that erases your subscription logins after you checkout, a *ton* of kitchen appliances, brand new washer/dryer, etc. The pool was warm and offered our young girls endless fun. The place is near the Eau Claire campus, which was really convenient. I haven't been to EC in over a decade, so it was amazing all the entertainment and dining options that have sprung up. Communication with the host was great as well -- she responded quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful time at this amazing house! Everything was just as the add says & more. Perfect winter getaway with little ones who love to swim.The pool had everything we needed. The house was big enough that we all could enjoy our stay. The movie theater was a great place for the kids to escape for some quiet time. This is our third stay at this great "tropical" getaway! It was below zero outside but we were perfectly comfortable inside splashing in the pool and having fun! It was great, and we'll be back! Thanks so much for another fantastic stay!

We had an amazing stay. The house is gorgeous and very clean. Pool was nice and warm. The host is great as well. She returned messages quickly. We can’t wait to stay again.

We had a wonderful time! The house was spacious and decorated beautifully for the Christmas holiday. The kids barely left the pool and the collection of pool toys (and towels) were appreciated by all. It was a perfect place for a getaway with a few families with kids (ages 4-9) to enjoy. This is an incredible find - We will be back!

This house had everything we needed and more! There was ample space for everyone to be comfortable, and the pool was of course a hit. We did quite a bit of cooking whilst there and were left wanting for nothing in the kitchen. We had to reach out to the host twice - once about a damaged plate and once when swimsuits were left in the dryer during checkout - and both times the host responded quickly. Our only complaint is a minor one - we thought the description mentioned a hot tub or jetted tub, but the lack of either did not detract from our stay in the end. We definitely hope to be back!

This was the second year my family celebrated our family Christmas and again it did not disappoint! This is such an amazing home which has everything you need for your stay! We swam, ate, watched holiday movies, opened gifts, napped and played games with plenty of room and space for all! Thank you Karen for opening your home to us! The memories made are priceless. Totally a special place that has more than anyone could want. For our family Thanksgiving gathering I only borrowed a gravy bowl from our EC daughter. Cooked the entire meal using this home’s pots, pans and utensils. Enough plates and silverware for an army. The Holiday decoration is outstanding. I brought spices but only needed half. Home is complete and the hostess answered my queries fast and complete. Best rental I have ever stayed at over many years. Thank you for such a special place. See you again😊👍

This property blew our group away! Karen was so great and always responded quickly. t is such a gorgeous, roomy home! The pool was perfction! We appreciated how stocked the house is and loved the lush towels! Honestly I can say enough good things about it! We will be back!

My friends and I stayed in the home for 3 nights. We loved that it was centrally located to everything in Eau Claire. The space was clean and functional and larger than it looked in the photos. Several commented that it would be a great place to visit with kids. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Karen!

Tthis place was AWESOME! It was above and beyond what we expected. They kitchen was equipped with just about every appliance and gadget you would need. Very nice kitchen to work in. The beds were so comfortable! Bedrooms are vary spacious. Home was well supplied with necessity paper products. You did not want for anything. Tons of towels provided. Then there is the pool. Pool and pool room were great. Lots of floaty toys for us girls to play with. Pool located right off kitchen was great. Deck off the pool with a fire pit was nice also. I am sure I missed some of the things we liked. We have tented many VRBO for our girl's weekend over the last15 years. We all thought this was the best yet.

This is our second time staying at this house and this time we had additional family staying with us. The house was well equipped for all of us and has a lot of space. Everyone loved the pool area and the teenagers loved the theater space in the basement. The dinning room table worked great for large meals and family board games. All of the beds were very comfortable with nice bedding and extra pillows. There are lots of extra towels and beach towels which was also very nice. It is also a great benefit that we can bring our corgi with to this house! We will definitely look at staying here in the future. Overall it was another wonderful stay!
