The property was perfect for our stay. The view was stunning and after an overnight rain storm, the mountain view was breathless. Waterfalls that weren't there the day before was a once in a lifetime picture. Perfect location for all of our activities. 100% recommend the area over anything on the west or south shores.

Everything about the house and location was great! We had last minute changes and planning due to the wildfires on Maui and was extremely satisfied how it all worked out. Keith was very responsive and gave some us great information and recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood

We had a fabulous time. The house is bigger and better than it appears online. The bedrooms are huge and we were all very comfortable. Two washers and dryers was amazing, and the house was well stocked. The only complaint was how hot it gets during the day. There is no air conditioning, and if you want to have a day hanging around the house you will be pretty warm. It did cool off at night, though, and we slept great.

This home was so welcoming and supplied with everything we needed. There were spices in the kitchen 2 sets of laundry equipment, and ample areas to hang out. My only complaint were the beds. I ended up sleeping on a couch which was far more comfortable than the beds. Simple memory foam mattress toppers would have made a huge difference. No one particularly liked the beds

The views of Hanalei Bay LMAO living area is amazing. You won’t be disappointment when you have coffee on the patio and overlook the coastline. House is well appointed and managers very responsive but we did not need to contact them till check out.

Our family of 7 adults and a one year-old spent 6 nights in Villa Lauloa during our Christmas vacation and we couldn't have been happier! More than enough space for all of us to spread out, relax, and enjoy our days on the North Shore. Lots of fans kept the house comfortable, especially with the trade winds at night (we were grabbing for the covers!). The house was stocked with everything we needed for a great stay...plenty of beach towels, extra bedding/linens, necessities for baby (pack & play, highchair, & child gate), all the beach gear we could want (chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, surfboards, boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc.), & even a basket of sunscreen by the front door. The view from the upstairs deck and kitchen are incredible...sunrise and sunset over Hanalei Bay were breathtaking! Keith was quick to respond to questions, shared helpful Kauai visitor info, and graciously allowed a late check-out so our granddaughter could have her morning nap before we headed out. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Keith! We will be back!

The property was beautiful! Lots of room! Enjoyed the hot tub! The view from the upstairs back of the house were spectacular! Would definitely recommend! Mahalo nui!

We had a great time! The property was fabulous, lots of space for our group of 10. Beautiful surroundings, quick drive to Hanalei Bay as well as walking/biking distance to Queen’s Bath, Hideaways Beach, and Pu’u Poa beach. We loved our time here. The surf board, paddle boards and beach gear came in handy. We would definitely stay here again.

A group of 10 friends stayed here before hiking the Kalalau trail. It was the perfect place to settle into the island and get ready for our trek. The house was well stocked and so clean! All ten adults had an appropriate place to sleep comfortably and relax.

We absolutely loved our stay. We easily fit 10 people in this beautiful house. The views were amazing and the location was great. And we really appreciated Richard allowing us a late checkout due to our late flight. We highly recommend staying here!

We spent 5 nights here with 8 adults and 1 17 year old. The property had everything we needed and more. There were plenty of beach towels, snorkeling equipment, and beach toys. We even had a wagon to haul it all in! The double laundry was perfect for the two families. The sunsets were beautiful. The town it was located in had a nice grocery and a few shops. The historic beach town Hanalei nearby and Kapa’a were where we spent most of our days. The island is small enough that the location was perfect for whichever direction you headed. The hot tub was nice and we used the grill for hot dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed. The two master bedrooms and two living areas made it ideal for two families. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this house SO much! It was so perfect for multiple families with plenty of space for everyone to be alone when they needed to and be together when we wanted to. So many fun things to bring to the beach and a super kid friendly space overall. All the ceiling fans keep the house at a really comfortable temperature through the days and nights. The view from the backyard and balcony is just beautiful! The location is so great for a quick trip to the store or into town for anything you need and close to so many beaches. We miss it so much already! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Can't say enough good things about this vacation rental! Wonderful location with ocean views in a sweet residential neighborhood. The house itself is beautiful and seriously the best stocked rental I've ever stayed in. More towels than you can ever need which is such a help on a beach vacay with kiddos! Well stocked kitchen and the big bonus was there is a ton of gear and toys for little ones. High chair, pack n play for our 1 yo and lots of toys and kids books for all ages. My 4 yo kept discovering new toys every day, it was like a treasure hunt. The host is very responsive and helpful as well. Would 100% stay here again!

We loved our stay at Keith’s Princeville home. The location was great with beautiful views of hanalei bay. The house was the perfect size for our group of 10 including 3 families and 4 little kids. The house was comfortable and not too upscale that we were afraid to use it. The additional downstairs family room gave the kids their own place to play, and parents a little peace. There were so many toys and games for kids and adults and plenty of beach and ocean gear including snorkels and paddle boards. There were plenty of fans and windows throughout the house to keep us comfortable. And the beds were very big and cozy! We loved it and would absolutely recommend and stay again!

We loved everything about this property. The House is located near a market, restaurants, and within walking distance to a beach. This house has all amenities needed to cook. Would definitely stay here again! Best week ever!

I don’t even know where to begin… this property was amazing! My little family of three and another couple stayed here to celebrate my 40th birthday and this house was as close to perfect as can be for a birthday I will never forget! The host, Keith who is also the owner, has done a really good job creating a comfortable and convenient place to stay. You can tell they are proud of their home by all the hard work and love they have put in to it. We were their very first guests and I can tell this place will only get more amazing. The host/owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with to ensure we had literally everything we need for our entire stay. Fully loaded kitchen, they have thought of every little thing you might need. Lots of beach equipment and toys, bikes, towels, linens, etc. A beautiful outdoor space near the hot tub. A couple of balconies with a gorgeous view of the bay and mountains, and from the upstate living space and downstairs master. We have stayed in a lot of rentals and this one was by far the best in all aspects. I could go on and on about how great this place is, I hope one day we are lucky enough to stay here again. This place is true to the meaning of Aloha!
