The host was communicative, check-in was easy, and the home was clean and stocked with everything that you need for a great stay. I have zero complaints.

The house was clean. But there were no blinds on the back of the house. My sister felt a little off about that. But over all it was nice.

The stay was ok, however the property could do with some up keeping such as new paint on the doors and stair railings. Alll in all the area was perfect and communication with the property manager was great. The house just needs some maintenance done.

Great stay for my family! Location was far from my medical conference downtown( my fault) and 3 of the 6 nights, we heard gunshots at midnight and 3 am which disrupted our sleep. There were plenty of rooms but after that, my kids refused to sleep in their own rooms and I slept with one eye open. Suggest owner investigate this with neighbors and police.

Had a great time celebrating the holidays in college downs. 5 bedroom 3 1/2 baths was roomy enough for our family. The bedroom and bath on the first floor was perfect access for our parents. Location was close enough to grocery store and restaurants. The train to downtown was on the UNCC property which was close To our vRbo if you didn’t want to drive. Quiet neighborhood easily accessible for Uber. There was an outdoor deck to enjoy the unseasonably warm weather. Enjoyed our stay over the holidays

So straightforward. The house was everything the owner described and terrific for our family Thanksgiving away from home. Seven adults and two children stayed there very comfortably and six others staying or living elsewhere in Charlotte joined us for our holiday meal there. It worked out perfectly.

The house was beautiful and spacious enough. My family enjoyed our stay. Ryley was very responsive to my texts. The house is located in a quiet community right across the street from the college so food and shopping were very close. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

My husband and I, along with two of our friends and their families, took the kids on a back to school trip to Charlotte and this property was great for us! There was plenty of room for everyone so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The house was bright and airy and clean and the location was central to most of the things we wanted to do. There were a couple of minor things such as no blinds on the windows in the kitchen or doors leading out to the deck, and no alarm system, but we still felt safe and the neighborhood was nice. We would definitely stay here again and we recommend this house for large families or groups. Thanks Ryley, you guys were awesome!
