Overall an excellent stay. The location is excellent, on Brackley Bay, awesome sunsets, close to pretty much everything, beaches, Charlottetown, etc. Cottage itself was very nice and clean.

For the benefit of the owner and future owners, this short review is being given. Overall, the stay was great and the location is magnificent with absolutely incredible sunset views over the bay. The only detail that is to be noted for this property is the master bedroom mattress was extremely worn and flimsy. After a very bad first night of sleep with my wife, this was noted to Jason the property manager. Told him we are not picky people but this detail doesn't fit with the excellent property and the level of price. The response was it would be looked into ASAP. Approaching the end of the week with no further response, I reached out again and informed we were leaving a day early strictly because of this detail. Ensuing response was that it was a $1300 high quality therapeutic mattress and mattresses are about personal preference. That is hard to take and very difficult to believe, and encouraged him to personally evaluate it. It's too late for our family but for the sake of future renters, I hope this is appropriately addressed. The other 2 mattresses were reasonably good. When you can't sleep well, vacations can be difficult. Otherwise, the property and vacation week in PEI was absolutely wonderful.

Located minutes away from the stunning Brackley Beach, this cottage is nestled into a nice little cove with a great view. The owner was easy to communicate with and the cottage is very well kept. 5/5

Overall we were pleased with the property and aside from a slight hiccup with the TVs on day one everything was as promised. While the following did not cause us any difficulties we thought it might be appropriate to give you a heads up on the following a) the fan above the stove does not work; b) the valve in the toilet tank leaked; c) the mattress in the master bedroom was pretty well shot and you might want to replace But I reiterate that none of these things caused any difficulties but we thought the owner might want to know. All in all we totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it in future

Exceptionally clean, both inside and out. Beautiful location in a quiet neighborhood with great sunsets. The house could use air conditioning or, at minimum, working ceiling fans and blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The owner responded promptly to our questions. A house book with details about the surrounding area/suggestions for fish markets and restaurants would have been helpful. There was no water access behind the house despite some photos leading us to believe there was. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property and highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Brackley Bay cottage. Jason was very easily reached and answered quickly. Everything in the house that we needed was there! Comfy and lots of room for everyone to find their own space . We explored PEI during the day and returned for meals and evenings sitting out watching the ospreys and eagles. The views are amazing and the closeness to many of the best beaches and attractions really made the location ideal for our stay. Hopefully we will be back again!

This property is as nice, or even nicer, than advertised. The place is clean, comfortable, with a great water view, Only thing, would have appreciated an info pack regarding nearby amenities and check-out expectations. We would definitely recommend this property!

WONDERFUL location, clean, well furnished. The only downside is one bathroom (it IS large) for three bedrooms. We were just two people, so it was fine. Otherwise, it was great! We even weathered hurricane Dorian there!

Our stay at the Brackley Bay Beach House was absolutely wonderful. The house was spotless, comfortable & very well equipped. After our daily outings and drives around the island we spent relaxing late afternoons & evenings enjoying the bay view and so many glorious sunsets. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We’ve been home a few days now and we’re still commenting on how great the vacation was. Thanks to Jason for having such a wonderful place listed. We hope to be back soon. Thanks again.

We (my husband and two tween daughters) had a great time. The house was clean and well outfitted and the view is beautiful. There are a lot of mosquitoes that is would have been nice to have been warned about but bug spray helped. The location was nice and central and we loved Brackeley beach! The owners were very responsive to email, and everything was pretty self explanatory, but there were no specific directions for check in or out.

We had a great stay at this quaint house. Amazing sunset views from the house our deck. The house is stocked with everything you need and more. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

The setting of the house is incredible. We saw some of the most beautiful sunsets we’ve ever seen while sitting on the back porch enjoying dinner. The house was clean and everything worked (although it would be helpful if there was a house guidebook that tells you how everything works, when garbage and recycling go out etc as I’ve seen in most other rentals). We would absolutely rent this house again.

This home was roomy, extremely comfortable, immaculate. Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood it featured a large deck for relaxing, a great kitchen and 3 nicely appointed bedrooms. No details were overlooked. The location was perfect for access to Charlottetown and the nation park beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this home strongly! Well done!

This house has a cottage feel, with plenty of modern amenities. The central location is close to Charlottetown and the airport, and well-situated to explore the rest of the island as well. But you'll also want to spend lots of time relaxing in the deck chairs overlooking the water. Sunsets are amazing! We loved our stay.

We loved this cottage. Open concept was great for two grandkids. Everything clean efficient and charming Questions answered immediately. Breathtaking views, close to everything.

We couldn’t have been happier with the location. Watching the osprey and eagles during the day and beautiful sunsets at night on a quiet bay was perfection. The house was clean, well stocked with toiletries, kitchen soaps and such. FYI the bath towels are in a closet behind the bathroom door. We did have a few problems with the house. Both the WiFi and fireplace were not working. While Jason did respond and set up a service call for the WiFi to get it up and running the fireplace was never fixed. Just a suggestion, have a notebook with some general instructions on where items can be found and how things operate would be helpful. Jason was a pleasure to work with and returned my emails and phone calls quickly. What is not to love about PEI!

We had a wonderful vacation at this great cottage. The cottage is very new and equipped with everything you would find in a house. Jason (owner) was a pleasure to deal with. The property is situated in a very quiet location with great views. It is a place that you can truly relax and forget about everything.

Great property. Good room layout and big wide deck to hangout during the day. Such a close drive to both Charlottetown and the National Park Beaches. Beautiful large kitchen and comfortable with everything you need.

When we first arrived at property,the first two things we noticed was the beautiful back yard with the sun setting ,and the hedge that surrounded property with assortment of flowers wild bushes and well maintained yard.Inside the property was very clean and had everything on site(beach pass was included) Location is great as we were only 20 min to Charlottetown waterfront and Cavendish theme parks.You can see the white sand beaches from back yard,but is a short 5 min drive around Brackley Bay. We used the bay for paddle boarding kayaking fishing and swimming,but it isn't white sand like the Provincial beaches,but very usable and beautiful to sit over in evenings when BBQ.We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property for future guests.P.s PEI is beautiful

Chill!!!!!!Relax or be active!!!very well stocked,detergents,soaps and all.My son and his buddy attended hockey school in Charlottetown and stayed at this beautiful home for a week. Very short drive to university and CH'town water front.BEACHES are short drive around the bay if you choose to leave the back yard.Experience the SUNSETS!!!!!!very comfortable and clean HOME!!!!we will be back...

Relaxing… Peaceful… Fabulous!!! My partner and I spent a week at this lovely home – and it was everything we expected and MORE! I cannot tell you how completely satisfied we both are at the accommodations. Waking up each morning we walked the footpaths and along the shoreline – every evening we sat outside on the deck to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Pack your bags… all you need to bring with you is your clothing and whatever you plan on cooking. EVERYTHING else is provided! We have never had a more relaxing week of vacation – and hopefully we will be back to this Shangri-La on Prince Edward Isle.

My fiance and I went out to PEI with my parents and we stayed in this house. When we first walked in, we were pleasantly surprised, we thought it was even nicer than the pictures online. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable, the house was fully stocked with everything you need, and a lot of it was new. We really enjoyed the back patio overlooking the water and the great sunsets we saw every night we were there. The location was perfect for us, very quiet, but less than 30 minutes away to DT Charlottetown and the attractions in Cavendish. There isn't beach right out front, but it is a quick 5 min drive away. The only downside I could say is that the bugs get really bad at night, it was tough for us to sit outside after dark. Also, with only one bathroom, it might be pushing it for large groups, but it worked fine for the four of us. But those are pretty minor, overall it is a very nice home in a great location on the island, we would stay there again.
