We stayed here for a conference and enjoyed the location. It had plenty of room for all eight of us to sleep, eat, and rest. The biggest issue we had was that there was not a key on check in, but we managed! Overall, highly recomend staying here!

My family had a wonderful trip and fun at this property! Located close to downtown and walking easily to several places nearby. A safe neighborhood. Parking was easy and the place had everything I needed. There was an issue with cleaning prior to my arrival but the host was helpful, and we worked it out! I have only good things to say about this property and my daughters and grandchildren all shared a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend! Total of 10 of us! Great place!

This was the best stay we’ve had with staying in homes. We were so happy with everything. The rooms were a great size, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean and decorated nicely. We’d definitely stay here again. Having both apartments was perfect for our group size.

Great neighborhood with several restaurants within walking distance. It was close to most all the entertainment venues we wanted to see. Very clean and well maintained.

Bryan at Cardinal Vacations has a gem in the beautiful Shaw neighborhood, St. Louis MO. We were able to utilize their two family rental property for our large group during the holiday weekend. The building was beautiful and the spaces provided our family the perfect experience to be together. Locations that were within walking distance (parks and restaurants) as well as being positioned near The Hill, The Grove, and all the restaurant options on Grand made all the difference with a large family (including some members with dietary restrictions) making this a perfect stay. It was refreshing to book a place that is exactly as advertised with all amenities updated, working wifi and subscription services(Netflix /tv), a safe and clean property with quick and clear comminution from the host. Cannot recommend enough.

My sister and I, along with our spouses and children, frequently visit our family in St. Louis and always find a rental to stay in together. We have tried several in the area and all have their pro's and con's but this property has been the closest to perfectly suiting our needs so far. With our large group, having two kitchens was very helpful, and they were both nicely stocked. The coffee bars outside of each kitchen were also really awesome. With 3 adults and several teens the Keurigs were always brewing! There were plenty of spaces for everyone to sleep comfortably, and the living spaces accommodated everyone comfortably as well. Communication with Bryan was always met with a speedy and friendly response. Definitely five star service! The only thing keeping me from rating this property as a perfect option for us is that there is no easy access between floors so when you're renting the entire place as a group it's tough to go between. The only access between floors is either through the front doors (memorizing both lock codes is a must with the auto lock feature), or down to the basement, across to the other side, then up the two flights of stairs to the upstairs. There are w/d hookups in each kitchen but the washers and dryers are in the basement so it seems as though there may be more improvements to come. If so, a lockable door to travel between units would be a great addition! There is a wall both in the kitchen and the front room where a door could be installed to make access between floors so much simpler!
