Beautiful location; beach and access to both Harbour Shores golf; kayaking; St. Joe’s and Benton Habour; golf cart was such an added bonus to get beach items to and from.

Great house with perfect location to everything we needed. The property manager was incredibly responsive and so kind. Made racing the Ironman 70.3 so much less stressful given location and quality of stay.

We recently stayed at Hill House with 11 of our close family members. Location is great, 20min walk to beach, 5 min drive from most shops and restaurants. Having a golf cart available was great to get to beach for the older generation in family, but also the kids loved learning to drive. House was really well done and we all enjoyed ourselves and are looking forward to getting back!

The property is brand new. The appliances and features are high-quality. Many of the smallest details have been addressed. The custom woodwork is gorgeous. Most important, the spaces are designed for maximum comfort. The owners are attentive and gracious. We loved our experience there.

I stayed at this property for a weekend with 8 friends and it was the perfect place to getaway! The house is brand new and gorgeous. The photos are very accurate, everthing was spotless, and the furnature was high quality. Each couple had a private bedroom but we all loved hanging out in the huge living room/kitchen and around the firepit. One friend slept on the giant couch, which was super cozy. The third floor has a huge patio with a view of the lake. The house is up a hill in a private community which was very quiet and felt totally safe. We loved using the golf cart to ride like 3 minutes to the beach which was clean and peaceful. We also appreciated the beach towels, umbrella, coolers, and frisbee to make our beach trip complete! They also had bags (cornhole) in the garage for use. Downtown St. Joe's is a 5 minute car ride and we found free parking each night and loved getting dinner and walking around. The owners were responsive and easy to communicate with. Also, the beds were like clouds, I literally purchased a new mattress when i got home. Overall, perfect stay for a chill, relaxing getaway with family or friends. I'm currently looking at properties in the area because I didn't want to leave!

Beautiful, modern home. Great view of the lake from the third floor. Would definitely rent this property again.

We enjoyed our stay. A little bumpy at first due to unruly guests before our check in, but the owner was responsive and handled the issues. The house is nice and new but a bit bare when it came to items in the bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Owner was responsive to our suggestions as well.
