We had a wonderful stay and would happily return! We enjoyed being so close to the beach and appreciated all the beach toys, bikes, and board games provided. The kitchen was nicely stocked too.

Very spacious stocked with everything great linens nice porch garage very quiet. Could have a group sitting in the kitchen and a group sitting in the living room bedrooms were very nice bathrooms for everyone. No one had to wait for showers.

Great house, very clean. 3 min drive to downtown St Joseph. Plenty of space for our 6.

Our family of 10 stayed in this amazing home for the KitchenAid Sr PGA golf Championship weekend. The location was perfect and the layout of the home was just what we needed. Our host, Andrew was excellent! He always answered my questions promptly and provided clear, detailed information. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful property! We love staying at this home! They have everything you need for a mini getaway and it feels like our home away from home! Always clean, always comfortable and it's the perfect location for all the things you want to do in St. Joe. Can't wait to come back in the summer!

This was a nice property and we enjoyed our stay. The kitcen was well stocked and everything we used was in excellent condition. The property owner was very hospitable and was accessible prior to arrival and thru our stay. It would be helpful in the listing that there is a 2 car maximum in the private driveway and there is an extended lot close for overflow parking. They were very responsive in helping us work thru our situation

Let me start with the positives. - The property is very nice and is in a good location. - The property is very clean and well maintained. - Although we did not need it, the house comfortably sleeps the number of people they list. - The house is very well equipped and had anything that we would have needed if there longer. Negatives: - Clearly the HOA mortally despises the fact that they have VRBO units in the neighborhood. The contract for this property was the largest I have ever signed. It should have been a warning sign, but being positive did not give it a lot of thought. - MAKE SURE you carefully read the parking details. The property has VERY limited parking. One of our vehicles was towed even though we registered it. When we picked up the car at the tow lot, we were advised that the same HOA lady calls every Saturday and Sunday to get everyone towed. When we got back and realized where the approved overflow parking is, it is not in a very secure area. None of us were comfortable leaving our cars in that area. Again...The property is very nice, but if you are going to have a lot of cars it is a horrible option.

Spacious and clean house stocked with coffee, toiletries, games, cleaning supplies and plenty of linens! The host answered all of my my questions so I was prepared for my stay. My group of 6 had plenty of room. Downtown St. Joe was a 5 minute drive! Would definitely book again if I find myself in the area in the future!

It was the perfect place for two families to spend vacation. It was a place where there was no shortage of anything that was clean and equipped with everything. It was a place I would like to use again on my next vacation.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable and easy to get to and from the beach, which was the reason for our stay. They have a lot of things for the renters to use for a beach trip which made it all so convenient and we didn't have to worry about packing all the beach gear! It was an easy process from start to finish. I highly recommend this property, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to make it an annual trip!

The property was clean and the owner very responsive. Location was great, walking distance to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of everything. Beds were comfortable and the Weber grill was a nice surprise. Great experience, I would recommend this property for any family. They even had a wagon with beach chairs and toys. Loved our stay!

This was a great beach house. The beach was a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk away. The beach was pretty and had great waves and sand. This house is impeccably new, clean, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It had everything we needed. It was a very comfortable and hospitable house. Everyone slept great. We enjoyed the kitchen, And we enjoyed the easy access to a great beach.

We love the home and the location that is so close to Jean Klock beach. We have rented the home 6 times and will continue to rent it as long as we can. We already have it booked for 4th July 2023.
