Perfect place to stay!

Very cozy but not too small. Has everything you would need for a relaxing stay. Finding this house was easy online, however finding it on the Google and Waze apps was not. I recommend you get with the owner for detailed directions when you rent so you can find the house easier.

We rented at the last minute and Shelley was super helpful and quick to respond. The cabin was great for a getaway and close to the lake. We enjoyed the peace and quiet sitting on the deck and walked down to the lake. We would come again!

It was the perfect location to our boat dock and had all of the amenities we needed! Our 12 year old loved the loft but not for sure if any adults would have liked staying up there! The master bedroom and bathroom were huge and the other bedroom was really small. Would definitely rent again!

Our stay was great. There was 6 of us, 4 adults and a 14 year old and 8 year old and we have plenty of space. The beds slept great. The smaller bedroom is a full sized bed instead of a queen. That was okay but a queen would have been a lot better seeing how my son in law is about 6’1”. There is a ladder going up the wall to get upstairs to the 3rd bedroom. Great place for the 14 year old. We used the grill every night. The screened in back porch was great We would sit out there a lot in the mornings and evenings. We visited Mammoth Cave which is about 40 minutes away. Very nice drive. Our host was very nice and very easy to correspond with. Over all our stay was a 10 out of 10.

The cottage was well stocked and had ample room. The location for family-reunion-overflow was perfect since it’s only 10 minutes to the main house we were using on the lake. The master suite is very, very nice!

This cabin was the very first home my brother and sister in law lived in after they married in 2007. It was amazing to get to surprise them with a stay here to celebrate there 15 year wedding anniversary. It was such a wonderful time reminiscing and reliving precious memories. The owner was so great to work with as well!

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The cabin was very clean, spacious, the beds were very comfortable. The screened back porch was very lovely to sit in in the evening and morning. The owners were available if needed. We will definitely try to stay here again!

This home was nicely decorated and so clean. Very homey feeling, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying here again.

Shelly was prompt in answering our queries and had kept all essentials things which we need. the house was located in a nice place and had all amenities. It infact had tow TV's which is excellent. the house was kept very neat and clean. Check in process and check out was so smooth and shelly was accommodative in our flexible timings. There are food marts, shops and gas stations very close to the home. We would like to stay once again in future.

Our stay was wonderful! Shelly was an amazing hostess and made the check in/out process so easy. We enjoyed the Lost River Cave which was a short drive away. Would definitely come back.

We were in town for a wedding at Glascow and visited relatives in Bowling Green. Location was excellent for both. House was wonderful and had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor spaces! Only wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommended!! Host is very responsive!

We absolutely loved this house! Very nice, comfortable & clean with plenty of room. It has a screened in back porch which we enjoyed! I'm a sucker for a nice screened in porch. My 9 month old was able to crawl around on the floor & play just like we were at home. For the other kids the loft was the highlight of the house for them, they played with their toys up there for hours. We will definitely come back one day whenever we get the chance & it's only 3 hours from home! Thanks again!

It was very quiet and relaxing hopefully we will do it again

This was a great place for us. We sat outside at night with a fire and enjoyed coffee in the morning on the screened in porch. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with.

I took my two young daughters to meet my best friend and her daughter for a girl-cation and to see Mammoth Cave. This location was perfect! 10 minutes to a lake, 20 minutes to Glassgow (which has everything as far a restaurants and stores) and 45 minutes to Mammoth Cave. You could see neighbors homes but we felt secluded. Cabin was super clean and the perfect size for our group. Shelly was great with providing recommendations for things to do and quick to respond to any and all messages I sent her.

They were so kind through the process! It was clean and the AC was amazing with the humidity this week! They think of everything! We forgot olive oil and zip lock baggies but they had it all! We felt at home and very taken care of. Neighbors were friendly and we felt safe. The house and property are so pretty and you can tell they take good care of everything. Super close to the store! We just loved it and didn’t want to leave!

Our family enjoyed a great weekend on the lake and our stay at this home was perfect. Everything was clean, new and comfortable and was furnished well. The location was convenient for launching our boat and we enjoyed breakfast at Paradise Point located nearby. Thanks Shelly for being so accommodating and sharing your place!

Many nice features in this home/cabin from ceiling fans to an ice maker, to front and back porch/sunroom. Too bad some of us have low back pain and the beds on main floor were too soft for us. The location was perfect for where we wanted to be, near Barren River State Resort Park. We did not like the air "fresheners" plugged into nearly every room (we don't like chemical sprays), so I suggest you contact the host to have them removed prior to your stay. Host was quick to respond to queries and amenable.
