Great location, easy access, great communication

location was good , plenty of room , nice garden to sit in.

was cleaned when we went in but not to a good standard , sofa was broken which was difficult to sit on .

Excellent accommodation, location and communication from Craig was great. Hottub was used every day. Highly recommend and would happily return...

Clean. Spacious downstairs. Modern fitted kitchen. BBQ. Good garden and garden furniture. Owner replied to questions quickly.

Some ideas to improve at little cost -Lots of cupboard space in kitchen but missing some essentials for self catering for 8 people. Not enough cereal bowls, mugs, glasses and cutlery so frequent hand washing of these required. Needs fruit/salad bowl, decent peeler, sieve, sharp cutting knives. An airer for swim wear to dry outside and reduce use of tumble dryer for other items, would have been invaluable. Hooks on twin bedroom and bathroom doors as nowhere to hang towels (towel rail in bathroom too small for 6). My 2 and 3yr old grandchildren quickly worked out how to open the garden gate which went straight out to driveway and busy road. A small bolt at top of door is needed then the garden would be very safe and secure..

Lovely family time in a clean house and a very friendly host. The hot tub and the whole process was a nice experience.

The large spacious house and parking

On arrival we wasn't keen on the industrial site next door but didn't here much noise ,allso we miss understood the location,we thought we booked a property in sand banks but it was in pool ,but after visiting sand bank we were glad we were in pool as there was a lot more to do ,and only a 10 min drive to harbour and lots of shops We are intending to rebook

Property was fab but wasn’t in Sandbanks as intimated by its title on the website. A cafetière would have been good. Couldn’t see information re the free Wi-Fi. Otherwise everything was lovely and we had a great time.

The property is clean, modern and spacious. Dealing with the landlord was easy and efficient.

The location is about 15 minutes walk from Poole High Street (20 minutes from Poole Quay) in Sterte, a slightly run-down residential area of Poole. It is most certainly NOT in Sandbanks as advertised in the title of the entry. The rather more exclusive Sandbanks is about 5 miles away at the other end of the bay. In some ways, the house is well appointed but not in others. For example, there were loads of nice towels including little bottles of hotel shampoo but the showers were pretty poor and the hot water supply seemed limited. The kitchen had all sorts of gadgets (including a bizarre tap) but no mixing bowls and only just enough cutlery for seven guests. There was loads of cleaning equipment (which is great), but strangely no dishwasher tablets. Finally, the hot tub is wood-fired and while the host supplied logs and kindling, the resulting log fire didn't even nearly heat the water in the tub.

Parking was great in drive, town centre only 3/4 mile walk, just eats delivered to location! Lovely spacious downstairs area

We loved our stay,great location ,spotlessly clean and great host ,would definitely stay again 😀
