Perfect! Clean, spacious and easy walk to the beach. Jonathan was excellent to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our stay.

The Condo was excellent and had all the amenities. A fantastic location as well. Our host Jonathan was outstanding. He was great at communication and giving us suggestions on things to do.

This is our second time in this unit and I can't say enough good things about the Host, the unit, the property managers and the entire facility. The unit is very well equipped, clean and we love the location in the complex. We tried to book it again for next February, but it is already booked. Enjoy!

Johnathan’s place is great! Conveniently located to walk to coffee shop and pick up light groceries, and a quick frogger ride to Siesta Key Village. We enjoyed the use of beach and bayside pool. It’s clean and very nicely decorated. Johnathan was very accommodating and quickly responded to our requests. I recommend you bring your own toiletries. We are a family of 5 and we ran out of soap and toilet paper after the 3rd day.

We had a great time in this perfect condo. Very well equipped with everything you need for the beach to cooking in the kitchen. The beach or bayside is just minutes away. We utilized the pools, hot tub, laundry facilities, grill. The on site staff were always friendly and pleasant and kept the area clean, safe and secure. Jonathan was an excellent host. He was very quick to respond with a text or phone call. He communicated in a timely manner and provided great check in and check out details. We enjoyed everything so much we are coming back again next year. We can’t wait for another Siesta Key vacation at this condo! Highly recommend!! Five Star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Property was clean and comfortable and close to the beach!

Was surprised that no person products were provided. Had to buy my own. Place is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Just plan on bringing lots of supplies.

Quick family trip to Siesta Key for a few days to relax after visiting family nearby. Condo was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Host immediately replied to the few questions we had. Beach was beautiful and large, just a short walk away. Restaurants and shops were just a quick drive or free trolley ride away as well. We had a great time!

This is an amazing condo! I was extremely impressed by how clean everything was, and I am very picky! The condo was beautifully decorated and had a very homey feel to it. The beach toys and tubes were greatly appreciated and made for fun days at the beach for the kids! Access to the private beach only for this condo was perfect as it wasn’t crowded like the other beaches. Jonathan was a wonderful host…extremely helpful and got back to us within minutes. Everything about this property is perfect, and we really hope to come back to Siesta Key soon and stay here again!

We fell in love with Siesta Key and this wonderful condo! The condo was clean, spacious, comfortable and nicely updated/decorated. The best part is the private beach access. We could see down to the public beach and it was SO crowded while our area was spacious with plenty of room to spread out. It was so nice to have everything we needed for the beach included in the condo - wagon, umbrella, chairs, cooler, floats, towels, balls and sand toys. So nice and easy for us! The sand and water are absolutely gorgeous. Love the 2 pools and tennis/pickle ball courts. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Truly nothing bad to say about this condo or the cute town. Highly recommend. Jonathan was a very nice and responsive host.

The unit was beautiful - just as pictures showed. It was comfortable and quiet and was a great fit for us - a married couple and 3 young adult kids. The location was great - close walk to the beach and bay side, and close to a trolley stop. We had the best time!!

Exceptional place to vacation with family! The place was spotless with no sand- no easy feat by the beach! Exactly as described- easy walk to beach. Beautiful sites by bay- can fish right off docks- great if you have a boat- they have everything you need - the best beach we have been to in US- sand is not hot and very Caribbean like- definitely will book this place again!! Jonathon was very responsive and helpful. Thank you for a great vacation!

My husband and I spent 5 nights Siesta Key at the Palm Bay Club. It was fabulous! Jonathan is definitely a premiere host. We had a question and he responded immediately and then checked in with us halfway through our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo looked like the photos, it was clean and lovely. The property and staff were wonderful. We are booked for the entire an entire month next winter! Very highly recommended. We loved the pools, bay view, beach access, gym, cleanliness and other guests staying at Palm Bay. It was quiet with a family friendly atmosphere.

This condo was very clean and very well equipped. The photos were very accurate and the unit was enjoyable.

Couldn't have been better. Jonathan was available for any questions. We didn't wamt to leave.

The inside of the condo was gorgeous and updated. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately the property itself was run down and overcrowded. There were lots of teens on the property day and night that were intoxicated, loud and rude and no one verifying they even were guests there. We couldn’t t even get in the one pool/hot tub at the bayside because it was overrun with people all the way till 11pm. Suddenly security was there then so then no one could use it. The other pool was also small and never enough chairs, property around the pool also run down and in disrepair. The noise level at all times was obnoxious. The walls are really thin in the complex so you hear everything outside and people are out at all hours so we heard yelling and partying all night. We realize it’s spring break time but it was over the top. Only saw security once the time at the pool. No one was at the desk at night. We didn’t know about needing to rent a beach cabana so we were stuck using the broken lounge chairs that are at the beach. There were beach chairs at the condo. The cooler in the condo was on its last leg and needed to be thrown out so we bought another one. I wouldn’t recommend Siesta Key area for a true relaxing beach vacation as it is over populated and seemed run down in general especially at the cost. We have traveled all over and definitely overpaid and were disappointed.

Jonathan was easy to communicate with and provided recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. We would highly recommend staying here!

It was our first time staying at Palm Bay and we enjoyed the location and the property of both the gulf and the bayside. The owners did a great job with communication and made it very easy. The condo exceeded our expectations! Perfect location for walking to the gulf or bay. A pool on either end. Jonathan was ready to help with anything we needed. However the condo had it all and the process was super easy. Would return again! Super clean!

We love Siesta Key and the Palm Bay Club! It is our favorite place to stay with the family. Thanks to Jonathan for being a great host! The condo was a just as beautiful as the photos. We enjoyed being on the quiet bayside to take advantage of the hot tub and pool with an easy walk to the tennis courts, big pool and beach each day. The location of the unit is perfect. The beach wagon, boogie boards and toys were a big bonus! We can’t wait to come back!!

The condo is sparkling clean. This condo sits on the bay side of the complex, its a short walk through the complex to the beach. A cart, chairs, boogy boards, sand toys and a cooler are provided. Really enjoyed the heated pools and hot tub. Security on the property is tight always wear your wrist band.

Property was as listed and all updated Very nice. Just need a little clarification on which building it actually is located in. Good property !
