Location, location, location - can not beat it !
Only downside was having to park elsewhere.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, and it was really easy to communicate with the host and check in.

We had a great week at this apartment, the location can’t be beat! Right off of commercial street so it was easy to walk everywhere. There were four of us for the week and though it’s on the smaller side we didn’t feel too cramped. There’s a nice little shared outdoor area where I enjoyed my coffee each morning before starting the day. Would stay here again for sure.

The location cannot be beat, right in the middle of town accessible to everything. The property itself exceeded expectations. The place is actually bigger than we anticipated from the pictures. The master bedroom was incredibly spacious and even had its own couch. Second bedroom if needed for additional guests and a lovely nook to work from home or eat breakfast/dinner. Full kitchen had everything we needed for an extended stay. The place was very clean and the host was available for any questions. Would stay here again.

The unit was clean and spacious and the interior pictures were accurate. The location is near everything. Our only disappointment was the outdoor space was not well represented in the pictures and was not comfortable and maintained for hanging out.

Great location, nice accommodations, great communication with landlord. At first I was concerned that it might be noisy given the central location but in fact it was pretty quiet and white noise from the AC system also helped with noise. If you are bringing a car, expect to pay at least $210 for parking in Provincetown during the week, but there was also plenty of space directly outside the rental to park close and quickly load and unload gear, which made the offsite parking requirement a lot more easy to deal with. This is absolutely not a place I would have wanted to bring a family member with mobility issues due to steep stairs, but happily that was not a requirement this time. Great spot!

Couldn’t get a better location, smack in the heart of Provincetown! Perfect for a family of three, son being 19 y.o.. Our host was very responsive and the apartment was as described. Stairs to the apartment were steep so maybe difficult for older fur babies but we were thankful to be able to bring ours along. Highly recommend.

The apartment is right in the action of Commercial St where you are steps (about a dozen!) away from food and cocktails, entertainment and the bay. Totally enjoyed the comfortable beds and breezes from the windows. Laundry room access is great!

Everything is within walking distance, beds are very comfortable, couch is very comfortable, did I mention it's right. on. commercial street? Altogether a really nice spot for a couple(s) stay. We loved it.

Perfect place to stay in the middle of everything in P-Town. My favorite piano bar was practically across the street. Lovely 2 BR place, clean, comfortable, charming, full kitchen with everything you need, even a nice pair of scissors.
Host was very communicative, answered my questions quickly even a few weeks after I left the unit when I had questions about following up on some paperwork.
Will definitely try to nab it again as my first choice when I go back!

We had a wonderful time during our stay here. The apartment was in the center of town, perfect! The host quickly responded to all communication. The place was clean, had storage space for our clothing, and was very comfortable. Even the blender was fabulous. We were very here and hope to stay again! Thank you for a fabulous trip!

The apartment is up a steep flight of stairs in the back, but this privacy makes it really quiet, and still in the center of town. Plenty of room for 3 adults, 4 may be a strain on the only bathroom and make the 2nd bedroom a little tight. All messages to the owner were answered promptly and with good results. It was a good value, location, and accommodations for our group.

I loved my stay in this Artsy creative cozy pet friendly rental in the heart of Provincetown. So close to ocean & beach, boats, coffee shops, cafes, art galleries & drag shows. Wonderful as well to stay in and be able to cook. Well designed and stocked.

We had 4 people and there was plenty of space. Great location within walking distance of everything! No place to keep bikes on property but there were plenty public racks near by.

It’s a nice property. Well equipped. Very conveniently located. Right in the center of everything. Timing was right. Just before tourists influx. She me but not businesses open. Cost was significantly more than initially expected due to add on service charges. Property manager was very responsive to questions. Parking was free due to off-season visit. Check for parking options on-season because that will add to cost.

We had a great time. My two daughters were amazed that I found this space and I was a hero just because. Communication was wonderful. Parking was no issue as it was pre-season, but during the season it would be a problem. All in all, a wonderful stay.

This cozy apartment is right in the heart of downtown. Next to great food, music and beaches. Joel is a wonderful host and completely accessible. Highly recommend!

The apartment was great location and perfect for two people. It has 2 bedrooms but I think 4 people would be too many people for the space that is offered and with the slanted ceilings it would feel very tight. I would absolutely stay here again.

I loved the location right in the center of town but still away from the noise of commercial street.
The condo has plenty of space, excellent a/c and all the necessary amenities. It was clean and property magnager was available to us if needed.

Great location. Quiet, AC was spot on, comfy bed, great shower. Coffee pods ready and waiting. Did I mention location? Lots of little thoughtful amenities like sun block, eye masks, spa treats and ear plugs. Not a ton of light but that’s what the town is for. It’s a cozy retreat. I’d stay here again!
