REALLY PERFECT! Great communication in English language with an extremely friendly and flexible host who always wants the best results for his guests. Very nice and clean flat,exactly as descripted on booking com with a lot of lovely details in maritime style. The kitchen contains everything you need for cooking-and everything works. Parking was no problem at the street,veven with a large car (see picture). The terrace/balcony is in front of the entrance on a kind of platform on a stairway that maybe used by a few other people to reach their flats in the neighbour house, but this is original Italian living feeling-we loved it! There you can take seat beside a small table with outdoorchairs that you find in the flat. The view is stunning (see picture). The check-in that did not work personally because of our time of arrival, so we got a perfect video by WhatsApp made by the host, 7minutes long. He declared everything we needed to know -personalized! We were very very happy to stay there and hope to return to Peter's house next time on Sardinia.

Very bad internet connection and I thought it was more near town center

Piero was very kind and offered us his apartment for one night before our flight home. It is located 15 min walk from Airport and also 8 min by local Bus from nice nearby beach. You can find a mini supermarket and a few Pizzerias around. Also a few local bars and cafes. It is a best place to stay for overnight before leaving Sardinia or even for longer period due to close proximity to Tavolara, Olbia and so beautiful beaches.

Good location near airport, 3min to the bus to porto istana beach (best beach near Olbia) and Olbia center, fullly eqipped apartment and good AC, Piero (owner) very helpfull and nice man, fully recommend for Olbia stay.

We were made to feel very welcomed as soon as we arrived, with plenty of small attentions from Piero, who speaks several languages.The flat is fully equipped including washing machine and air conditioner in a quiet residential area near all amenities and close to Olbia centrum, port and airport. Pharmacy, restaurants and food store at 3 mn's walk. Beautiful view of the bay. Parking is free. Location is great, about 10 mn's drive from northern or southern beautiful sardinian beaches. Piero was always available for any requests. We thank Piero and his mother again for all their time and care.
