Excellent location for trip to knebworth gig and great breakfast the following morning very clean and friendly owner who accommodated us arriving earlier than the check in time

Location was ideal for our party, just outside Royston where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Our host at the property was brilliant, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also excellent.

The only slight disappoint was the shower in the large bedroom, it wouldn't run hot and the pressure was poor. Also the space in the large room was a bit tight, but i understand this is being addressed.

Lovely owners who made me feel really at home. Beds were very comfortable, and nice breakfast options were provided for a few quid. Overall had a very nice and relaxed stay. Owner was so nice to store our luggage for the day when we were about to leave. Location is good as well; bus stop right in front of the house. Train station at 10min walk. Pubs, food, shops 10min walk to center.

Pre order breakfast easy to do, served on time & complete to order, well cooked & arriving hot. Choice of cereal, toast, butter & jam, fruit juice, tea & coffee.

Nothing, great overnight stay

Breakfast was excellent with a good choice depending on your requirements from cereals & full a English to porridge, tea/coffee and toast. Free parking available in front of the house. The owners were fabulous.

Would've been nice to have own bathroom with the room but it wasn't any bother and I new in advance. The shared bathroom was spotlessly cleaned, well equipt and beautifully decorated.

The owner was so lovely, and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was fantastic as well. High recommemded.

Host was very welcoming and friendly. Couldn't do enough for you. Full English breakfast was freshly cooked and ready for you in the morning. Good quality food. Had porridge the second morning which was great. The place is really clean and well maintained.

Lovely hosts and a lovely room made my stay.

The water pressure in the shower was very low and really the only downside to the stay
