Nothing, they double booked rooms and canceled reservations without notice.

The rooms are very homelike

The room is really comfortable. I felt like I had plenty of room to spread out and in different spaces so it felt like home. The kitchenette is really great with all the things I might need. The breakfast is really pretty great. Something for everyone. Plus this hotel is conveniently located to Safeway and dozens of restaurants.

I didn’t love that the elevator is at the opposite end of the building from where you check in at, but it ended up not being a big deal and I got some extra steps in each day!

The location was perfect as I was visit my grandfather.The employees were very friendly. The facilities were very nice.

The breakfast was not fully stocked. Also the shower in the bathroom had some damage.

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits, dont une où nous avons du évacuer notre chambre à 3:45 am en raison d’une opération policière avec le SWAT. J’aurais pensé que les gestionnaires auraient pris les devants pour nous rembourser cette nuit gâchée, mais visiblement ils ont plutôt espérés que j’oublie cet incident quelque peu traumatisant et dérangeant. Autrement, pour le déjeuner, chaque matin il manquait quelque chose d’important. Lait, céréales, yogourts, bagels, muffins, muffins anglais, oranges, bref jamais les éléments du déjeuner ont été disponibles à tous les jours. On devait manger ce qui était disponible, pas vraiment ce qui nous plaisait. Les sandwichs aux œufs ont eu l’intérieur congelé à tous les matins. Bref, ne vous fiez pas sur le déjeuner. La salle à déjeuner est belle, mais le contenu est au plus, médiocre.

The beds are extremely hard for my liking. Had to get up, make and sleep on the sofa bed. The pillows are awful as well. Luckily I bring my own . The barn door for the bathroom was a horrible idea. It doesn't fit flush and leaves an undesirable gap so not much privacy.

The room was clean. We have stayed here several times because of the cleanliness. But sadly we won't be back because of the uncomfortable beds.it worked for the night but made the next day tiring due to lack of a restful nights sleep.

Great location and provided the identity of restaurant which was in a mile of hotel and food was excellent

Everything was great

The breakfast was a little bit disappointing they ran out of bowls for the cereal, and they didn't have much of a variety of fruit. And they could have offered a few pastries. Other than that, I loved the service.
