The place is neat and spacious . They had complementary coffee and tea sachets. We really appreciated the smart tv with access to Netflix. Overall the place is amazing

They didn't even bother to give us tea, sachets, we stayed for 4 night, they said they are only giving uppon arrival, was wondering if I check in everyday will they then gonna give me

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating - Excellent. Wi-Fi signal was good When they realized the room was freezing cold, they provided a heater. USB's in the wall socket - very good idea. The mirror could be placed in a spot with better lighting. The furniture is quite nice.

The room smelled of mould upon entering. I later saw black mould on the bathroom ceiling The blanket on the bed was very old and didn't seem very clean. The silicone at the basin was pulled away from the wall - unhygienic. The cold water tap was very tight and did not close properly. The trickle of water bothered me the whole night. I found it necessary to spray sanitiser on areas I touched. Everything seemed clean, but felt a bit sticky to the touch. There wasn't a kitchen sink to wash plates and mugs before I used them. The bathroom basin wasn't an option.
