This hotel is close to many local attractions, rooftop bars, restaurants. The room (a suite) was spacious, well appointed and clean. The common spaces were nice as well. There were activities such as social hour. The lobby team is friendly and helpful.

Things I didn't love were the late check in at 4pm, and the lack of a shared quiet space (with no music).

The music from the restaurant was often very loud and I question why it had to be so loud.

The rooms were so tiny, with no room to leave your suitcases, it was basically a bed and toilet. Some staff members were rude and un-accommodating. The location is awful and unsafe, you are right next to a bunch of homeless people and do not feel safe walking the streets.

Very clean, nice room and amenities. Valet parking guys were very welcoming and nice.

After 11:30 they don’t let anybody into the rooftop bar through the hotel. I was already in the elevator and part of the entrance and the guy turned me down and stuffed the elevator with a food cart instead letting me get out of it.

Nicely decorated, rooftop is nice, happy hour and rooms cleaned daily!

The location was good.

The staff were so unhelpful and in a case I can say rude. The first 2 days if my visit I was so ill so I had to stay in my bed in the room. The wifi of the room was not working at all. I called the reception a few times they said they are looking into it but nothing happened.. I went ( while being so ill) to the reception and one of the staff who was there, as a reply to my question about the wifi she said there is nothing I can do in a very impolite manner. On the other hand as I booked this property for two stays with two days gaps, in my second stay they said that they wont accept cash at the hotel- Im an Iranian and due to sanctions on Iran we dont have credit cards so I always pay by cash unless a cardholder friend us with me- they gave me a very hard time without offering any assistance in exceptions to a visitor who was visiting LA for the first time without knowing anybody in the city and not having any other accommodations. I spoke to the manager and he emphasized that the hotel is cashless and there is no way that they can do anything about it… His way of conversation was with no empathy and without any offer for options. I really experienced a very stressful time until I could manage somebody I knew in LA to come with her card… If I really had other options I would definitely would not have stayed in that hotel…

The hotel is very nice and cozy

I stayed at the 8th floor, and it was a terrible night! The receptionist said that it will be loud so i should have ear plugs. It was so loud that i couldn’t sleep

Buena ubicación, cama cómoda, limpio, el Rooftop muy agradable y la piscina muy bien. El personal muy amable y atento. Hay café y te por las mañanas en el lobby. Nuestra habitación era muy silenciosa pese al bar del tejado donde el fin de semana había bastante jaleo.

La habitación es muy pequeña, ni siquiera cabe un armario ni un escritorio. No hay nevera ni microondas. La ventana de la habitación no se abre y no hay ventilación en el baño con lo que se queda todo húmedo y no se puede ventilar. Hay un aire acondicionado que solo puede calentar o enfriar, no se puede ventilar y además saca el aire de la habitación, no del exterior. El único parking es valet ($55 por noche en Oct 2023), pero hay bastantes parking públicos cerca del hotel.

The evening front desk guy was not welcoming at all. No explanation of the hotel services at all. Rooms are small. No wardrobe. There is a hidden mandatory 25$ daily fee for "amenities". There is a bar at the ground floor very very noisy. We needed to ask to be moved to a different room. The surroundings are full of people living in the street. We were charged double for the parking. There are 20$ parking lots in the next street. Wannabe boutique hotel

Alt var bare helt i top. Vil helt klart anbefale det til andre. Alt var bare så nyt og lækkert.

Der måtte godt ha været et lille køleskab på værelset hvis man skal sige noget negativt.

Hotel muy bonito y completo, con estilo. La estética Preciosa, cama amplia y cómoda, televisor enorme y detalles en la habitación. El restaurante para cenas delicioso y buen ambiente
