The location was good, parking was great, very well kept hotel.

Breakfast fell short. A lot of sweets, some fruit, no meat, no cheese, no bread.

Claustrophobic room on the ground floor. Lack of a normal window. No place in the hotel garage.

The room was VERY small. We had no sleep during our stay because the air conditioning wasn’t working which means that we were extremely hot and sweating a lot ALL NIGHT. Didn’t get discount and the staff there spoke no english. Don’t recommend.

We arrived early. They accommodated our need to drop bags and go. We were not permitted to have our take out on the rooftop garden.... No reason given. Instead we are in the front patio with traffic whizzing by and employees smoking. Place reeked of cheap perfume. Room had two camp style beds. Not at all comfortable but the room was clean and cheap. Beautiful bathroom . No cups to get a drink of water. One chair and two people! Breakfast was 7-9. We had to leave at 6. No accommodation made nor a take away breakfast. No coffee...in room or otherwise. Not an hospitable place. Lady did accommodate our request for two more pillows. For the same price in the USA any chain will provide Comfortable beds, two pillows on each bed, in room coffee and a bagged breakfast for early risers. No Italian hospitality here!

Very nice breakfast served on the roof terrace. Very dog friendly - my Labrador was treated like a king 😀. Pleasant helpful staff, quiet room.

Parking and location to get the bus into Tivoli

Advertised with a bar: CLOSED Woken up 6.45 every day by furniture being dragged across the floor above our room to set up breakfast area. Notified the manager who just shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't hear it. Not even an apology let alone reduction in the rate. Would not recommend this hotel

After visiting Villa d'Este we chose to stay here and went to Villa Adriana (30 min by walking) the next day. Very friendly staff. The room is a little small but everything included, even a small fridge. The bed is very comfortable. The included breakfast was very good, especially the view from the roof garden was amazing when we were enjoying the food.

Can hear some noise when the people were talking in the room besides.

Location great for Hadrian's villa visit, significant distance from Tivoli train station and Villa D'Este. Good breakfast with freshly prepared coffee and warm sandwiches.

Terrible breakfast, reception was not very friendly and room was very small. I was disappointed. Location is good but parking was not available in front, I was told to park at the Conad next door.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and worked well.

Clean, good shower, close to bus to Villa D’Este

It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel! Elevator did not work. Wifi did not work in the room. Hotel is located in a dead zone so no mobile service. Refrigerator in room did not work. Reception not staff during the whole day. The mechanism to open the metal shutters did not work so no light in the room.

It is the perfect spot between Villa deste and Villa Adriana it's really small and really cozy it's between market and restaurant and you can see the town at night from up there it's near the bus stop and it's a 30 minute walk between Villa and Adriana and fit 15 minute bus ride to Philadelphia the staff are really nice and really helping and the breakfast there is delicious. It's really and very clean and the staff are very helpful

In the evening, a night guard. He is really a nice man. Very friendly and knows how the hotel business works.

This lady, who is the responsible for the hotel is an unfriendly and noise making person. She doesn't respect her guests. Make each morning a lot of noise. The other person's who works also don't respect the guests. The breakfast is terrible, only to get diabetes. Coffee tasted like the machine was never cleaned. I don't have any words how bad it was. The wifi was really terrible, they have still OC hotel as access point, but nothing works or don't know how to fix it. It says 4 star, but it is really 1 star hotel.
