Roffey Park is in a really quiet and peaceful location. The hotel had everything I needed, was clean and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Good choice for breakfast.

There was a limited choice of menu for evening meals.

A return visit. A corporate venue but very relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable room & good buffet breakfast.

Dining room through a courtyard so if raining you need to take your coat or umbrella.

All members of the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. In addition, the hotel offers secure car parking.

When I booked, I was not informed that the restaurant wouldn't be available to us due to an event. F Furthermore, the bar was not open all day, and the vending machines were out of soft drinks, snacks and water. There were no amenities or stores near the hotel, so I ended up starved and thirty without any options!

I stayed in room 21 on the ground floor , the room above mine had a badly creaking floor so when the person/people were moving about [ sometimes quite late at night ! ] you were woken up / or could`nt get to sleep ! . What do people do in a hotel room ? i certainly do not move around as much as these people were doing .

Large clean room loads of storage. High water pressure for bath great. Nice and quiet, and close to the stairs! I really enjoyed my stay.

I never have enough tea/ milk/ sugar!! But it was no less than any other hotel. I just wish just once I could find a hotel that supplied 500ml of milk and enough teabags and sugar!! But I guess that's just me.

Excellent peaceful location but readily accessible. Really helpful staff. Easy parking. Great food. Surprising value for money when compared to hotels in the area, especially given the facilities like the pool.

Slightly larger TV in bedroom would be nice!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The steam room and sauna were not switched on when we got to the pool area. However it was mid-afternoon so not peak time of usage. My husband went again later in the evening when everything was switched on and said it was excellent.
