El precio en Booking no refleja para nada lo que se pagara realmente por el alojamiento. A pesar de que la reserva dice "Precio Total", la estadia resulto ser un 50% mas cara por no haber aclarado gastos/impuestos adicionales que se debian adicionar al precio publicado, lo cual termina siendo engañoso. En otras reservas realizadas a traves de la aplicacion, los costos resultaron ser transparentes y no pagamos un monto diferente al de la reserva efectuada. Si van a reservar, consulten todos los adicionales pues los mismos pueden hacerlos cambiar de opinion.

Exceellent location. Right acrosss the street from beach and close to restaurants. Condo was beautiful and beds and pillows were very comfortable. David our host was very accomodating.

The Condo was roomy with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The outside patio was great to relax and sip coffee in the morning. It was well equipped with just about everything we needed for our week long stay. David was an amazing host. The pools were great and amenities were clean. Beach access wasn't obvious, but doable. Resort staff was very friendly.

The additional fees for parking and resort fees were more than $35 per day. The keys to open the condo door were not working all week - we had one good key and continued to swipe out the others but they never worked. Eventually the good key stopped working and security had to let us into the condo every time we came back from being out. We had a package delivered and it was confusing on where to get it.

The apartment design is clean, lovely and nicely appointed. The owner was very, responsive and even visited the unit to show us how to adjust the dishwasher. The pool area is relaxing with plenty of seating and umbrellas. The car valet service was quick and friendly. It cost another $33 + tax per day but a car is necessary to get the beach Broadwalk, and to get out to dinner.

The setting is busy. The building is across S. Ocean Drive instead of being directly on the beach, and since apartment is on a low floor, it has no view of the beach. Also, be prepared to do research to find a nearby restaurant in walking distance. A GPS is helpful but you are better off driving since the restaurant entrances in the hotel resort are are hidden.

I love everything about the unit , David the host was awesome and a phone call away . Staff was nice and helpful and the location was everything.

The property was beautiful and serene!

The parking fee was little redundant but I understand it’s a business.

I loved the two pools and the spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. The host was amazing and had extra touches that made our stay super comfortable

You do have to cross a busy street to get to the beach but you do get beach access and 1 umbrella and 2 chairs if you stay here! And the view of the beach isn’t very clear. The pool is excellent!!

The condon was very well prepared & clean to my liking…. Definitely will return to stay
