It was quiet and clean. It was a lovely Riad and the owner Nisrine is so lovely and always willing to help

The most disgraceful, dishonest and arrogant owners that I have experienced within the last few months of travelling in Morocco. The facilities they have advertised it was not existed and when I showed them my booking, I was told it was a mistake by the booking.com and if I want a room with these facilities, I should pay €30 instead of €14 and if I am not happy, I can leave. I left a day after and got my money back for the 2nd night and booked a nice hotel nearby with more facilities and less cost. 1- The below was the description of the room that I have booked but when I arrived I was given a room with non of the facilities. 2- Also their descriptions of the rooms on the booking.com website 1-Budget Twin Room Featuring free toiletries, this twin room includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This twin room has a coffee machine, a dining area, flat-screen TV with cable channels, as well as fruit for guests. The unit has 2 beds 2- All rooms in the hotel are fitted with a flat-screen TV. Rooms come complete with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and free toiletries, while certain units at Hotel Nisrine also provide guests with a seating area. The units will provide guests with a desk and a coffee machine.

They are the most arrogant and denials that I have experienced in Morocco. Although they have changed the room description but still in the main description says each room has TV, coffee machine etc...

Tutto, la posizione è ottima, l hotel è molto carino e pulito, il personale gentilissimo e premuroso. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

Hotel con muy buena ubicación. Todo muy bonito y bien decorado. La habitación muy amplia. El personal muy amable y ayudándonos en todo momento. El desayuno variado y muy rico. Aparcamos las motos en un callejón que había justo al lado. Tiene unas vistas preciosas de la ciudad desde la terraza.

El único pero que le pondría sería la limpieza de la habitación, podría ser mejorable, ya que tanto el baño como las camas no estaban todo lo limpio que deberían.

Buena ubicación y bonito Riad.

The apartment is on perfect location close to the old medina within the blue narrow streets, also there is a nearby parking spot. The personel was very friendly and the apartment was nice and clean.

The only disadvantage is that it does not have air conditioning so it can get very hot in the sumer but I guess that for the price it is ok and also the personel can bring you a fan.

Great location, good value for the money.

Noisy in the night. Adding a fan in the rooms during the summer would be great.

Nice hotel in a beautiful Riad in the very centre of Chefchaouen. The room was big and the bed quite comfy. Great value for money.

Catching the guy at the reception can be a not easy task, but not really an issue. Recommended.
