The location was great and the staff are very very helpful Room were clean The management is also understanding

Rooms are not clean and you can see cockroaches running around. And we were asking the room freshners as the bathroom stinks.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a family vacation here..

Stores room opened 24 hours and bad smelling in the 2nd floor and same may be shifted or keep on the proper way to avoid disturbance to the guests. Staff room is also not cleanliness.

Worst hotel.Not fit for family.The staff are RUDE.A/C not working.Dirty linen .UNFIT to be called a Hotel.A Stray Dog loiters in the Reception area.PATHETIC.Cockroach in room.

Staff is very friendly

Wifi is very slow. Cant get any use from it. When i checked in room was not clened and didnt clean after either. Bed covers were dirty. There were food marks and dirty marks everywhere. Cockroaches everwhere(on the bed,on the bathroom,on the toilet) There is no hairdriyer in the room. Rooms are not soundproof AC was not working properly

Breakfast was not provided, but while booking, breakfast is included in the booking

Good infrastructure

Bad electrical wiring.. Anytime the Ceiling fan will drop down as it was badly placed.. It is better to check it asap
