Hotel , staff , facilities and location all great. Would definetely stay again and highly recommend , the hotel is a short walk from some fantastic views in Imerovigli , maybe even better than Oia !

Breakfast could have had better cooked options. Scrambled eggs for example were very greasy. Poached eggs , options would have been good. And more fruit like Blueberries as I like my granola with lots of fruit ( not the wet fruit salad mixture in a bowl ) Pool could be heated as this time of year it makes for a very cold swim !

Quelle déception! Nous avons payé la suite présidentielle à 728€ la nuit pour avoir vu sur un carrefour City et les diverses voies rapides bordant l’hôtel. Chambre bling bling sans vraiment de goût. Nous nous sommes fiés aux avis mais cela restera une grosse déception pour notre dernière nuit en Grèce. Je vous déconseille vivement cet hôtel. Il n’est en rien au niveau d’un 5 étoiles continentales. Mais à ce prix, cela ne fait pas tout. Bref fuyez et trouvez mieux pour moins cher

It was beautiful and the service from costa made it that much memorable he greeted is with the most warmest friendliest smile and shook our hands to introduce himself he made us feel like a family and didn’t come across as fake , also george was outstanding costa and george are definitely an asset to cresanto luxury suites because of these 2 fabulous services and genuine and honest approach me and my husband will definitely stay at cresanto luxury suites of we are ever in Santorini again absolutely amazing humans inside and out.

The cleaners gave us used and blue stained toilet paper and the maintenance was a different standard depending on who did it otherwise they were amazing

Just finished what I can only describe as a magical 5 night stay in cresanto luxury suites. From the moment we checked in till we checked out we were treated like royalty. Every staff member we encounter during our stay were so friendly, polite and always willing to help or offer some advice. First off I would like to say this property is absolutely amazing. The whole place,the rooms, the walkways, the pool area and surrounding gardens are spotlessly clean everyday. The rooms themselves are definitely worthy of 5 stars. But then you add the staff to it and it takes the whole place to another level. To Aspa and her colleagues who work and manage the front of house,they are so polite and happy to help with big smiles on their faces and everything is done really quickly for you. To my good friend Costa who works the bar and makes the most amazing cocktails thank you sir,I enjoyed the little chats we shared while you prepared drinks for myself and the wife. To the cleaning staff who take care of the rooms, again so friendly and polite and very considerate of the guests. They go about their work also with smiles on their faces and they do a brilliant job To the young man who brought us to our room on the 1st day. His name escapes me but he had glasses and like a little beard. So polite and informative of the property and surrounding area. To the man who I'm sure is the boss in the nice shirt and trousers!! but told me he was the garden boy😂😂 so friendly says hello to everyone he passes by and makes sure everything is good the you. It's a lovely personal touch that the boss is in and around the property and is so friendly to all the guests. The staff who look after the breakfast area each morning, thank you all so much. Breakfast is absolutely beautiful and plenty of it. We didn't eat in the restaurant but we had pool snacks, club sandwich and omelette and both were fantastic.

The service was really good at this hotel. The front office staff were always happy and helpful. They provided some great recommendations on places to eat. We really enjoyed Kosta who was the main bar person. He made the best cocktails, was super friendly and really made our stay that much more enjoyable. The rooms were super clean and lovely and the cleaning staff were friendly. The pools and spa's in the rooms were a little too hot, but the main pool area was lovely. The location is great as it is quieter, but you can still walk to everything.
