Generally clean. we stayed there for about 10 hours as a transit, so I wasn't particular but had spent half an hour looking for defects to send the pictures over. Convenient location to KLCC which is a 5 minute walk away. Didn't explore the area much.

Told me that I would obtain instructions after 12pm. Enquired at 12.30pm how was I suppose to check in. No response. Asked again at 4.30pm. No response. Finally sent me at 9.30pm while I was driving and could not read the messages. When I arrived, I read the message and was asked to contact another contact number 15 minutes before I arrived. Seriously? Sent the message last minute and expect me to read while driving? Would have helped to inform me earlier. So we waited an additional 20 minutes for the person to pass the keys to me. Both taps in the toilets were shaky. I hold to hold the shaky tap with my left hand firmly and turn on with the other hand. Obviously, these loose occurences did not happen only recently. I suppose they are not really bothered about providing a pleasant experience for the guests. Several items were spoilt or missing so I had to take photos because they had kept RM200 deposit and could have blamed me for the faults when I checked out. There are charges for parking. Understood, but I still don't like that hidden cost when several other apartments are free.

Only positive was the location.

Meeting time was 3pm...no-one showed up for hours. Stood in the pouring rain with 3 little kids. Ended up finding someone that knew the host and rang her. Got a bunch of ridiculous excuses. Had to meet at another hotel because it's illegal to book for short term stays. Accommodation full of cockroaches and ants. There was black mould everywhere and urine stains all around the toilet bowl. Bed linen had hairs and stains. Again, host didn't show up at agreed time to get our deposit back (luckily we pre-empted this and arranged the day before). Ended up showing up at our door at midnight after us calling over and over again. Were unable to use pool and other facilities even though they were in the photos when we booked.

Central location.

Check in process was not good, left standing on street with luggage and kids waiting for key collection, apt was not very clean. Slow and long check out process, signs saying that short stays were not permitted, broken/smashed glass wall in bathroom with exposed sharp edges, broken furniture. Would not recommend.

The apartment was clean and well fitted out. Beds were comfortable.

The sink in the bathroom was leaking. It would have helped to have mirrors in the rooms.

Because we are in an urban area, it is very convenient to order grab.

Staff attitude needs improvement Very difficult to contact The bed and sofa were not clean. They almost felt like they were broken.

Location okay near KLCC.

Dirty. Sink not cleaned. Bedsheets and pillow got suspicious liquid stain all over. AC remote controller no battery. Overall unhygenic.

The city view was amazing.

There were too many cockroaches, all the sinks were blocked, one of the bidet is leaking, bad check in and check out procedure

При заезде нужно было оставить депозит 200 RM, который в итоге мне не вернули. Просто не приехали когда мне нужно было выезжать. Хотя о времени выезда я сообщала при заселении и уточняла, смогут ли в это время. Оказалось меня обманули. Депозит дороже чем аренда. В итоге получилось что я за 13 часов заплатила почти 80$. На мои сообщения просто перестали отвечать.

1. I saw tax notice in front of the door, which gave me bad 1st impression already 2. While waiting for the lift, saw the property is not suitable for airbnb, which makes me wonder if its legal or not 3. Only have 2 working lifts, we waited for quite a long time 4. You have broken pipe in the sharing bathroom 5. Your washing machine area is leaking 6. Your cleanliness is mediocre

Value for money and good location

We didn’t expect that the place there is not allowed for any Airbnb or stayed guest. If they have informed us earlier then we won’t consider book this place. Because you can’t bring your luggage in and out there.

No utensils not enough plates n cups no knives lack of toilet paper. Hard to communicate with people to organise cleaning. Apparently the apartment does not allow short stay or air bnb so felt uncomfortable. Illegal. Didn't know till we got there n saw the signs. View not like in the photos

Near to local attractions

Cleanliness need to be improved. Bathroom in Master bedroom a bit clogging. Leaking at sink area in bathroom 2.

I like the location & view from my bedroom

Don't stay here if you do not want the hassle of collecting keys outside the property and having to follow all their strange rules. Also you must only bring bags from parking but not at lobby. The room was not as good as the photos, stained sofa, etc. The 4 bed units actually came with 3 beds only, the second 'large bed' was just a mattress. Total misrepresentation. Not worth the view and the money.

The localisation is Perfect, close to the Petronas’ Towers. But It is very complicated to Check in. You have to wait, and the staffs are not nice. For the same price, we have been to the Scarletz Suites by Mana Mana which is much More better.
